I am a former upper level employee of this location. I have a governmental document that I need HR to fill out from this location. I have tried calling more than 10 times to different departments within the building. Not once did I speak to an actual FedEx employee (allied universal security). Many times I was hung up on after several minutes. Because this document is time sensitive, I drove multiple hours to the location to have it completed. Upon arriving, I was only allowed to speak with an allied security personnel. He looked at the document and told me that I would need to call a number. I have already been through calling said number, and when I tried to explain it to him, he refused to take my document or have an HR representative come out and speak with me. This was a Monday at 11AM. Why is it that when I need something from a FedEx personnel, an allied security person stops me from speaking to them? The allied security personnel should not be telling me that FedEx does not fill these documents out, as he does not work for them. I cannot believe it is this difficult to speak to a person regarding this document. Additionally, I cannot believe that allied security is given the power they have at this facility. They are not allowing proper communication of documents related to FedEx.

They don’t even deserve one star. A toxic environment that takes advantage of laborers and laws. They’ll want you to be all in for them during peak season and then leave you without work thereafter. They truly are a sick and poorly managed organization. You’d expect better from a global multibillion dollar company.

They use you and spit u out and they don't have the decency to call you and tell u they do not need you anymore but yet once you drive all the way there then they tell you that they are slow and do not need your services. I have a full time job but they hired me part time along with a few other people and that supervisor Michael Principe is not professional at all. He likes people that do not speak English because that way he does not have to attend to them so he passes them on to the Hispanic speaking supervisor. My paychecks also have not been consistent in pay so someone needs to learn there math! It is definitely more like a prison and people need to be treated better.

Don't care about employees health issues even though indicated on application, not enough seats in "break room", feels like what being in jail(swipe in & out for bathroom, pull pockets out for metal detector) & so much more.

This company runs what some may know as Ginco or Target Distribution Center, which a mass hiring is normally done around the holidays. The pros to this job is the pay ($17.00) during the holiday. The con is having to stand on your feet for 11 hours... That's brutal unless you're use to it, I believe this is what causes fed ex to have such a high turn over rate inspite of whatever incentive they may put in place, because the job itself is fun so the standing was the major down side for me and I'm sure it is for others as well.
