Every time I call or go up there (I really try not to) the guy acts like it’s a big ordeal for him to wait on you. There is never anyone in the store but it’s a huge pain for the counter guy to get off the stool or to type your vin in the computer and make paint. Don’t even try to call on the phone, he’ll say anything to discourage you from coming in or doing any business with them. Says he’s “been in paint for 35years” apparently not in customer service, terrible.

The automotive paint that I purchased was the correct color but not as much flake as the manufacturer. More importantly, I was overcharged by about $40. I am disappointed because they are the closest shop to where I live.
