Maintaining my pixie haircut and color is important to me, and I truly appreciate a clean, peaceful salon with a positive atmosphere. De and Dana are both amazing hair professionals, and Karen provides a wonderfully relaxing massage. If you are searching for a great a salon in the area, give Flatiron a chance!

All the ladies were very nice and did a wonderful job. I was there with a lot of other women getting our hair done for a wedding. Everyone's hair looked fantastic and was exactly what was asked for.

Unbelievable. I just drove an hour to my scheduled mani/pedi appointment prior to my wedding. Upon arrival, I was introduced to a friendly young lady who asked me to pick my color. I told the salon (again) that I was looking for a French manicure for my wedding and the girls said she doesn't do French because she's really bad at it... "but [she] can try..." Two hours of driving and now scrambling to find an *actually* qualified technician. Very nice people and skilled at hair but absolutely cannot recommend as a nail salon. My error in judgment.

Dana has been doing my hair for years so I knew she had to do my wedding hair! As well as every girl and mom in my wedding party!!! We had the whole salon to ourselves for mimosas, snacks, and glam! We even were wearing our bridal Jammie’s. Dana and the team got all of us done in about 2 hours and there were 9 of us. Everyone looked gorgeous. Dana and the team worked with the styles we wanted and our hair stayed all day as we danced the night away! They were so much fun, evening for being there at 8am in the morning. Thank you Flat Iron and especially Dana :D

i Would NOT recommend this salon to do hair for a wedding party. The girls are hit and miss, some friendly and talented others rude and inconvenienced with their job Ran out like the place was on fire for another job leaving the bride extremely unhappy, had to call one of our wedding Guests to come and redo the brides hair cutting into the timeline for pictures etc... other professionals on site had commented that they had never witnessed such rude comments and and behavior towards a paying client before . Such a disappointment .
