I have been using this credit union 13 yrs and we are ready to pull, the customer service is a joke, no response from emails, when you call they are never available, always say they are in meetings etc, this is not how you treat people. Mary jo use to be the best now her and Tina are not for the customer at all, nor do they care to help. I have spoke with several members and they experienced similiar issues no return calls, they dont get back to you and so on.... I would like to add the people in the Selinsgrove branch are amazing, along with Lewisburg... When you think you established a relationship and a go to for loans etc to be treated like this is unexceptable.... I guess longevity these days and being loyal means nothing to them....

I had no account with them previously and wanted to take over my brother's auto loan. I dealt with Sara and she made the bank seem fair and honest and she helped me understand the procedure. She was able to answer every question I had and addressed my concerns. Walked out with a savings account and a loan in my name. Couldn't be happier with the results as a nobody that just walked in.

I just went to this bank to use the ATM. It's the closest and most convenient to my home. Since I'm a veteran I use USAA bank, which has no local branches. I understand having to pay a fee for the ATM usage and have no problems with it. This time I needed to break a $20 and figured, I just paid a fee, I should be able to go inside and do this pretty easily. WRONG! They refused to simply give me two $10 bills in exchange for my $20 because I was not a member. Even after having just paid a $2.50 "convenience" fee to get out $40. I will not be using this banks ATM's anymore, and hope more people realize that standing up to these little fee's that banks put on us, to use OUR money, is the only way we can get things to change.TL:DR Paid a fee to get ATM money, they refused to split a bill because I'm not a member

The manager is downright rude and dishonest. They report false information about your account then when they are confronted about it they just lie some more

Cards never work, Williamsport PA branch has awful customer service (minus the girls at the counter) Told them not to overdraft, they continued to overdraft. Then they told me they can not prevent overdraft, so I got overdraft protection. Then they didn’t follow the overdraft protection. They told me I could not cancel my account with them due to the fact my account was negative. IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NEGATIVE IF THEY HAD JUST BLOCKED OVERDRAFT. But everything one customer service agent says, contradicts another. They tried to cash my personal check and have a two day hold due to the fact that I have a negative balance. They argued with my girlfriend while she was talking directly to me. My girlfriend is not a customer and this supervisor had no reason to argue with her. As soon as I can catch up on previous balances, I will be closing my account with them. If I could give no stars at all, I would be more than pleased.
