Good lash experience, problematic customer service. First visit , tech was 20 min Late, Second appt. had to be rescheduled, tech couldn’t make it. Third time - problem- free, except a little flim-flammery on the promotion I missed due to tech rescheduling. . Final visit, I received a call as I was walking in that my tech wasn’t coming. Never again.

Had my lashes done at Lash lounge in Wyndmoor! They really do such a great job and they are so professional! Had Chantel today and she was great! I go every 2 weeks on the monthly plan and enjoy getting wonderful compliments about my Lashes! Go soon you won’t regret it!
