Visited a while back a couple of customers in line Ms.Paula acknowledged the wait stated Thank you for patience will be with you shortly as she worked the drive thru and helped out with the line just to know that she has to walk back and forth assisting showing customer service values

Visit often via the drive thru since have a 2 year old Paula always offers a treat for her pull the window down so she can greet not only is business but know someone can make your day by just a greeted day for ALL

One of the best experiences at a bank I’ve had. Received outstanding service from a teller named Paula. She is the definition of a great worker she goes out her way to help the customer very knowledgeable and one of the kindest person I have ever came across in the banking profession. Wish there were more workers like her.

Went into this location not expecting much but wow was I surprised. A banker named Paula Mason was so polite and helpful. What I thought would be a hassle she took care of in minutes. My local told me they could not help me and to call the 800 number. Will go out of my way to visit this location again.

Waited for 45 mins in line. I had a review but it looks like it got deleted. Wells Fargo also called me I guess using this review to ask why 1 star. 1 star for depositing money and counting it wrong. Watch out.

I have been w/ Wells Fargo for 30+ years, and they recently closed my local branch. I have used the 620 Huntingdon Pike branch a few times since they initially opened. Most of my business is conducted at the Old York Rd & Susquehanna Rd branch in Abington, PA. I went to the bank today to make a withdraw. I was 1st in the line awaiting a teller and there was one woman chatting w/ 2 of the tellers. The 3rd teller closest to me said, "I'll be with you in a few minutes." while she closed out what she was working on. After 4 or 5 minutes she got up and left. By now there are 5 people in line, and there are no signs of the 3rd teller, and the other 2 are still chatting w/ the woman ahead of me, who apparently had been to a wedding the previous weekend. Does no one notice there are 5 customers waiting in line and the only 2 tellers are have a social conversation about their weekend? This bank has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They obviously closed the wrong bank. The bank on Susq & Old York roads do a wonderful job and I try to take my business there, but sometimes the 620 Huntingdon Pike branch is more convenient. In the future I will try harder to avoid this branch.

Excellent and courteous service from the entire staff with the exception of the new manager. She surely needs to have common courtesy and learn to say hello, not turn her head when people(not only me) are addressing her.
