“Bought my tires from Amazon on Monday (Should have had them shipped right to the store but did not for some reason), Tires arrived Tuesday, Got an appointment for noon to have them mounted and balanced on Wednesday. Came in by 12 left by 2. John was a pleasure to speak with over the phone when making my appointment, he explained to me it’s just a better idea to get the tire shipped to the store, I will Next time! Was greeted by Mike on Wednesday and they took my vehicle in right away. 100% recommend this location, everything was fast and efficient. The communication was on point and courteous!! I will be returning to this location from now on for both our vehicles.”

Jonathan and Kyle very professional very informative they inspected the car told me what I needed and when I picked it up, it was like having a whole new vehicle, the differences between day and night, after they worked on the suspension system.

“I recently went to CJ’s in Fairless Hills, Pa for a routine state inspection on my Hyundai Palisade. It turned out that my car needed new shocks in order to pass. Ashley was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — she went out of her way to contact multiple suppliers to find the right shocks for my vehicle while staying within my budget. “I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. The owner offered sage advice and wisdom on the used car purchase experience and gave me the insight needed to make an informed decision and moreover things to think about with future buying experiences. Can’t thank them enough!”

“After taking my vehicle to the dealer that I purchased it from (and took to for service for over 10 years) told me I needed a new exhaust, I took it to Belmont's for a second opinion. And it's a good thing I did! Belmont's found that my tires were dangerously dry rotted and my breaks were essentially gone. Andy got back to me right away and said, and I quote, "I wouldn't let you drive around the block like this, ma'am!" The dealer I took it to, just 2 days prior, marked them in the green/yellow and passed them for inspection. Belmont's was also able to patch my exhaust and didn't have to replace the whole thing. HUGE THANK YOU to Andy & the Belmont's team for keeping me SAFE and handling everything in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. 100% recommend... these guys are top notch! THANK YOU AGAIN, BELMONT'S!!”

“Zambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday.
The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street.
After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to.
I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.”
“This team is INCREDIBLE. I don’t leave many reviews, but if this helps anyone decide whether to use them or not, Vince’s saved me literally thousands of dollars by finding a warranty stipulation that would cover my car’s cracked manifold. They researched, called my dealership, and even printed supporting documents for me to take along when I took my car in to get it fixed. I ended up getting the manifold replaced for free. I can’t thank you guys enough!!! Highly recommend.”

“Honest, Fair, will tell you what you actually need and not add on a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They send their customers Christmas cards with coupons and reminders but not overbearingly with the reminders. Only place I will take my car to unless and until I any of that changes.”
“It took Pat a just couple of hours to identify what needed to be done to stop the noise from my front left wheel. Two dealerships in NH had been asked to fix the problem within two months of each other and the response was “you have plenty of brake lining remaining”. Well, how about the badly rusted parts and warped rotors? Pat took care of both front brakes, and periodic maintenance items for a very reasonable price, and I can now drive a vehicle with no weird noises and no shuddering through the steering wheel when I apply the brakes. Took it for Inspection this morning with confidence!”

“I am a single mother of 2 boys, and times are not that good for me rn. My car was turn off, and I didn’t know what was going on, and my car is the only way I can get to my two jobs. On Thursday’s 11/06 I arrived at this location recommend by my cousin. He said they are honest ppl there and they won’t rip you off. So I when and explained what was going on. They checked the car and realized some issues. And I also had no oil. They were so professional and super kind. Took care of me and honestly fix my car. I am grateful to them. When it was time to pay they told me it was ok. I was very moved and grateful. At the end my car only needed an oil change. Lol I was so embarrassed. But grateful. They are honest and kind ppl. “If I have a tire problem I go to Ruch. The prices are fair and they know what they are doing. They aren’t there to overcharge. If you need just a plug, they won’t try to sell you a tire. You need a tire, they are going to tell you so. Had to go yesterday for a flat, walked out with two new tires, fair price, and they did everything quickly. Highly recommend them.”
