Jenny was absolutely amazing! She was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and understanding as we toured the Linden Lofts. My girlfriend and I likely would've rented at one of their properties had we not decided to move to Maryland. Yohn Property Management is very responsive and helpful. Don't be afraid to reach out to them for any questions or inquiries. You won't be disappointed!

I have known the Yohn's for years and they have not only become friends but trusted business associates as well. I have leased property through their property management and do business for them as well. I can't say enough on how great their communication is and how personable they and their staff are. Thank you for all you do!

One star for the moving out experience. I enjoyed my one-year lease with them. The moving out experience, specifically the refund of deposit, was an experience of nightmare. It was extremely hard to communicate with Graham Will, who assisted with the refund of deposit.I was charged for the oil splash in the kitchen area. The oil splash in the kitchen was an issue I addressed with three staff from their team months ago before I moved out. There was maintenance request record as well as phone calls. All three staff assured me no charge would occur when move out for the kitchen oil splash considering the placement of the stove top and walls. I was extremely thankful at that time because they actually reached out to me, explained to me and assured me peace of mind. In addition, the move-out tips I received from Trish indicated “no charge for oil splash in kitchen.” However, after I moved out, I was charged for the kitchen oil splash. As to the cleaning fee, I regret not to take some photos at the time I moved out. I trusted them and thought they would make good judgment. I spent days deep-cleaning my apartment just to avoid outrageous cleaning fee. Specifically, I cleaned stove top, oven as emphasized in the “moving-out tips.” However, in the move-out report, it indicated “dirty stove and oven.” Maybe different people have different perception of “being dirty.” During my communication regarding the move-out report, I just told Graham that I cleaned them really careful, shouldn’t be “dirty.” The immediate response I got was like: so you are telling me someone deliberately threw some dirt on the stove? (It’s not verbatim, but that’s the meaning). What I should respond then? Well, okay, then I just gave up my disagreement on the cleaning fee.I am just frustrated by the moving-out experience, the refund of deposit. It’s terrible. I just took a video in the apartment expressing my happiness after I cleared out and cleaned the entire apartment, but didn’t take photos of specific areas. If I did, I probably would be more confident to tell Graham, they are not dirty. This is my personal experience, just for your information. So you can find a way to avoid it if you have similar situation as me. :)

Very happy during my three years with Yohn. My concerns were always addressed promptly by management and maintenance issues were handled quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone moving to the area.

I’ve spent the last year and a half at their One West Location. Every time I have guests over they are amazed with the quality and location of the apartment.
Walking distance to any downtown restaurant, bar, entertainment venue. The only downfall is sometimes dealing with extremely intoxicated homeless people. It sounds silly but I’ve had more verbal altercations in the last 6 months with hammered homeless people now that the liquor store is right downstairs. Sometimes it is hilarious, other times it’s annoying.
Great hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, appliances, cabinets, etc. I’d be surprised if you get better value and location out of an apartment in York.
Maintenance is great. I know them on a first name basis. Ownership is great. They’ve worked with me multiple times on personal requests. If you respect their apartments and other tenants, they will respect you.

I have lived at the Linden Lofts for almost 2 years, and couldn't be happier. The management is very responsive with any issues. Just put a needed repair on the tenant portal and boom! it's fixed immediately. The staff at the building are extremely helpful and friendly and the apartments are spacious and super cool. Added bonus--included parking! Most other downtown properties don't include parking which was extremely important to me.

One West has everything you would want in an apartment in the city. I always wanted to live downtown, and the location is absolutely the best being right on Continental Square. It is walking distance to all the restaurants/bars, coffee shops, entertainment and the Central Market. The building is beautifully renovated with high, loft ceilings with an industrial twist of exposed ventilation. Original hardwood floors tie this very modern looking loft together. The biggest plus, is that parking is included, which is a luxury that not many buildings have downtown!
Yohn Properties was quick to respond to any maintenance requests or issues I had, but overall I did not have very many, as the building is almost brand new. I met so many friends in this building, as a lot of the tenants are young professionals working in York City or around the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live downtown in a safe area.

I lived at 1 West for over a year and would still be there if my employment with a local York company had not come to an end.The management is professional, courteous and caring. The maintenance and upkeep is top notch. Great neighbors too! I can honestly say I don't miss the job but I do miss my apartment! I would definitely recommend living there.

I lived in Linden Lofts for a little over two years. Had my husband and I not bought a house we would still be living there! Wonderful apartment and even better staff at Yohn Property. Trish was always very responsive to emails and questions. Would highly recommend if you want to live in the city!

My fiancé and I have lived in the Linden Lofts for two years. It has been the absolute best experience. Our one bedroom apartment itself was beautiful; new appliances, original hard-wood floors, and filled with charming character. The amenities that came along with living here were added bonuses- two community courtyards with grills, a relaxing roof-top deck, and a fitness room- all in which we took full advantage of. You truly can not beat the price you will pay while living here along with everything that comes with it. We loved being so close to Downtown York! Not to mention, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Anytime we had a question, it would be answered in a timely manner. I would recommend living here to everyone and anyone. The Linden Lofts has truly felt like home and we are so thankful for the time we have spent here.

Living at a Yohn Property building was a wonderful experience for me. Being new to the area, the property managers were very friendly and welcoming and willing to give me tips about my new surroundings. The apartments are amazing. The conversion of old manufacturing buildings into living spaces gives the places such character and a real cozy feeling. Hardwoods floors, vaulted ceilings, exposed brick...truly beautiful. Friends and family loved visiting my apartment more than me! My experience with Tricia and Graham Will, the property managers, exceeded my expectations. Anytime I needed something addressed they took care of it immediately. My experience with them and Yohn Properties was so fantastic I recommended the group to my cousin who is moving to town next month. I'm not one to recommend things that I don't believe in or that I wouldn't experience myself. I've lived in many rentals in my life and by far my experience with Yohn Properties has been the best. If you are looking for a fabulous place to live with great neighbors, building amenities, and an overall homey feeling I highly suggest Yohn Properties.
