They are polite and helpful when you can get through to someone on the phone. But switching banks won't help, I have CIBC and have had nothing but issues for the past year

The branch has very helpful staff, so I would have given a 5 star in that respect. Regarding their technology, I pay a hefty amount for the Visa Infinite Privilege credit card and yet they don't have the very basic feature of including subtotals in the monthly bill for the authorized user. I am with other banks and have other credit cards and subtotals on a visa bill is a very standard feature which BMO does not offer for reasons that are beyond me. This means that if you add an authorized user on any BMO credit card, good luck spending your time manually adding up every transaction! Their app is great so I can't understand why this feature isn't available for billing.

I don't know why this bank had bad reviews from other people.. I moved to the area almost a year ago and have had nothing but decent service at this branch. You don't wait very long, you're served in English or French, and always by polite staff.

In the past year we have had quite the worst service possible. Considering I am a business owner in town, you would think that someone there would know me. That is not the case. They are all young incompetents. We have been waiting for a student line of credit for my son for five weeks now. The person in charge never calls back and doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I think it is time to move our bank account to CIBC. At least there I will get some kind of personal service. Ship up BMO Knowlton or we will all ship out.
