I had planned a visit for a house a week in advance, I took a day off work to visit the house located in Barrington. Once I showed up with my agent, it turns out the visit had been cancelled due to the tenants being sick but Robert didn’t advise any of us so we pretty much wasted the whole morning. Really frustrated and disappointed by his service. What a waste of time.

It’s difficult to express all my dissatisfaction with Mr. Noël in a single message. No professionalism, lack of courtesy, condescending. Two hours of driving very poorly invested, think twice before doing it with him. I do not recommend this agent to anyone for either sales or purchases.

Worst visiting experience of my entire life!Robert Noël wasted our time even though we were serious buyers. Complete lack of courtesy and professionalism and I wish good luck to the sellers who chose him as their agent...In short, I will avoid his agency in the future and I advise you to do the same!
