No service, arrogance and lack of will in monitoring transactions. The worst agency I have seen in 30 years as a client!

Difficulty speaking to someone in French. I was transferred 5 times from people and ultimately didn't receive any service or a good answer to a trivial question. I so regret having taken my credit card from this bank.

Always very complicated when you have to go to a branch. There are always inconsistencies between the information we receive in the chat and what happens in the branch. The employees are courteous, but they just don't have the solution.
