We just had our anxious dog's nails clipped and Dawn also helped treat/ clean a damaged nail that was in need of extra attention. She was amazing and so wonderful with our scared trembling lab mix. She assessed the situation quickly and then worked with him to get him all set in a matter of minutes. It was very helpful that she worked to get him done smoothly and efficiently due to his nerves! Dawn and the facility are fantastic and we will be back soon with our little nervous dog!

Absolutely love love Dawn! She is awesome and they do a great job on my little Luna who is as anxious as can be away from me. I never leave the shop without getting her some adorable outfits too! Highly recommend! Luna always feels like a princess when we leave and she loves to smell good too!

Dawn is the best. I followed her here from another groomer, a few years ago, because of what a great job she did with my little man! She is super sweet, kind, and is wonderful with direction. Can't recommend her enough!

My poor dog was a wreck due to his PTSD. Dawn put my mind at ease when she told me one of the four languages she spoke was dog. I would pay double just to ensure we were able to go there every month. Thanks Dawn: Tanq loved it!??

I don't know what happened to this place but wow has it changed. I loved bringing my previous dog. I brought in my new puppy that has anxiety and I told them this. I just wanted a quick nail trim. My dog froze and rather than pick him up or talk to me about it the groomer tried to drag him through the store by his leash. I was horrified.

I have a senior dog and truly appreciate the staff taking extra care to make sure Miss Cuddles does not get too stressed. They still manage to give her a beautiful groom and I cannot believe how clean the groomer gets her ears. Way better job than I can do. The 5 stars are totally deserved.
