The coffee here tastes soooo awful. It tastes like gross murky water and sludge. Idk if they have bad filters or if the water is contaminated/polluted or what but I have gotten wicked bad stomach aches the few times I've gotten coffee here. They have several dunkin inside Twin river. The one by the North entrance is definitely the worst. The employees are also super rude and more often than not, I don't even get my coffee filled up all the way although that may be a good thing considering it isn't good quality and it bothers my stomach. I also noticed that the water fountains next to the dunkin by the north entrance taste weird compared to the other fountains.

I was just there. I asked for hot coffee light! It wasn’t !I asked for more cream . The girl could only give me three creams! My wife likes her coffee very light!I needed more cream . But because too busy for this woman . Wouldn’t give me more cream! But it was ok for the people in line to ask for there fancy coffees/lattes the way they wanted it in front of me ! She made it the way they like theirs ! But me ! Couldn’t give me like 10 creams! Im not making this up! My wife likes a lot of cream! So now her coffee is not the way she likes it ! I wasted my large hot coffee price! Now we have to go buy it from somewhere else!!Also I wanted my sausage sandwich on a croissant but only can get an English muffin or bagel!!!

@ 7:15am- upon waiting in line - The “” “ so called Manager”= a Female )with Long Black Hair , glasses , Big Behind, Tells me that , she’s not taking any player cards without explanation ! So as I continue to order, I asked “ Why aren’t you taking player cards? cards - She Turns around with my order and says “ because I’m Not !!!! “ Arrogantly as the Word. Lady Behind me starts laughing in Amazement, as I myself is- she then says “ Get out “! I said for What ? She said Becase I said !, So I laugh and say well someone’s having a Goif day huh ! Lol , Now I walk To the South Entrance And order 6 donuts , Lady there says “ Are you the guy that just Tried to order Down other side ? Well my manager called me and said “ I can’t Serve you !!!! I said Huh ? For what ? She said Idk But I can’t Serve you !!!! Lol Smh Can You Believe this Ignorance? 2023 people feel so Entitled !?? Terrible Terrible Terrible employees … imagine in A Casino , These People have the audacity to speak to Patrons as Such !!!

The most unprofessional workers at Dunkin I have seen, argue with customers. And the other one across the casino you wait in-line while they some how manage to hold their infant children screaming in their arms while they make your sandwich…

This is a very small Dunkin' Donuts being that it is located in a casino. It's a good place to go to if you're in the mood for a snack or a cup of coffee to have while you're playing the slot machines. It often does get busy at this location but they always seem to have enough counter help to take care of the lines fairly quickly. I'm not big on coffee so when I am there it's always for the donuts. Last week when I was in there I ordered just a plain donut and it made a good snack for the drive home. It was rather late in the day and the donut still seemed very fresh so I was pretty surprised considering the hour that I stopped by for it. So they definitely do a good job in keeping their baked goods fresh. I will certainly be back.

Long lines. Low food inventory. Short staffed. Drank medium coffee with cream and no sugar. Was infected with some type of infectious disease. Possibly bacterial. Very ill. On meds and antibiotics. Called but phone off of the hook for hours. Terrible experience. Never again.

I’ve ordered their cake batter signature latte drink. I got my drink without having whipping cream, chocolate drizzle, and rainbow sprinkle. They didn't even mention at the cashier that chocolate drizzle and rainbow sprinkle ran out. They gave whipping cream and caramel syrup instead. Not very happy with their service.

If you got a Dunkin in a casino and you can't handle a $100 bill. Get your dunkin out of the casino first and foremost. If that's your plan then get a big sign that says we only take $1, $5, or $10. You gotta be pretty bad for me to leave negative feedback.

Coffee is always delicious... Service not very pleasant. I usually leave the change or even a buck if their cheerful/pleasant.
