I have been here many times. It is a unique experience and always one we share with visiting friends & family.Parking is free and available just outside of the building. There are clean restrooms as well as a theater, gift shop, lab area and the displays. There is interesting outdoor play area as well as lovely views.

Took a 4 hour road trip south to see this place and it was absolutely worth the drive! A great center for all things paleontology, there were many displays that showcased the numerous findings in southwest Saskatchewan. There was even a theatre room, a preparation lab you could go into and hiking trails along the outside. Our tour guide Dallan was extremely knowledgeable and made our experience that much better! A fascinating place for those looking to learn more about our prehistoric world!

Great little museum on the prairies. I would recommend the self guided hike through the grounds and the guided tour of the museum. My kids loved the interactive displays and talking to the staff while they were working on real specimens. We will definitely return!

Great discovery centre! Staff were very nice and helpful. Not a very big centre but enough to do for a couple hours. Kids loved digging for bigger dinosaur bones with chisels and little sweepers. Little gift shop was cute and the building was very clean. Definitely worth going too.

First class facility. I saw the Scotty exhibit in Regina and made a point of going here when I retired this summer. If I had a complaint, and of course I do (they automatically come with retirement), it's that we turned down a guided tour to check out the exhibit at our own pace but after about 5 minutes found ourselves in front of a guided tour of school kids. Bad timing I guess, the facility echoes and it was quite distracting.

Very well done and nicely kept. I feel it's a hidden gem to be shared. There is a little place for the kids to dig up bones and color and look under microscopes.A 20minute movie gives the history and information. We'll likely return again.

What an amazing place in small town Saskatchewan. This place is must see.So much to see and do.Lonny a staff member and a local from Eastend was friendly and welcoming from the time we walked in, he checked on us to see how we were doing and gave us a lot of insight on the displays. We also met Matthew who is in university to become paleontologist he also gave us lots of info. The lab is very interactive especially for kids and big kids. There is also a fun kids space and a great souvenirs shop.Wished we could of walked the trails but it was storming the day we went.Scotty the T-Rex is always ready to pose for pictures.

Nice place - small but packed with interesting things. Very nice, courteous staff. You're free to explore on your own and ask questions.

A great site, with a large nearly complete T-rex named Scotty. Video really shows the work to get this size of a specimen out of the ground. Now they have a 3d printer doing the work. Staff is super engaging. Also we got to dig on real plaster encased field samples to find fossils. With adequate supervision of course.Totally great visit. Will definitely go back.Stay local there lots to do and see!

A small museum but very charming and informative. Love the dinosaurs, obviously. As a couple of adults sans children, I felt a little out of place amongst the throngs of kids, but it seems like it would be a fun place to bring my baby nieces in the future. If you're looking to stay nearby, the Riverside Motel down the street is clean and affordable.
