It was late and I was passing though, I live in a different county but I really needed hay, so I stopped and got a bale , they didn’t have costal ( odd but ok) so I thought I’d try what they had ( Bermuda) when I tell you not even the goats or cows , who will eat anything touched the hay, the lambs didn’t even want it, you know it’s bad if the chickens don’t even want it as bedding . I’m a loyal customer and never use this location and won’t again, the horse feed was almost zero options and the hay was completely useless, I won’t be back.

We love Tractor Supply - They always have everything that we need and then some. Our deer love the corn too!

We wanted to share what outstanding customer service we received from your long time employee John Allred. We needed several specific parts that were difficult to find. He not only found them, he also followed up with great communication on there whereabouts and delivery. His customer service was incredible and we just wanted to share this with you. Not a great experience. I wanted to go here instead of a big box but it took so long to get any assistance, I left frustrated.The cashier was rude and dismissive. I will not spend any more money here.

Tried to fill propane, wouldn't accept a tank with a recertification sticker. Employee said it had to be stamped into the collar. Come on tractor supply, the sticker is a well known, widely approved method for recertifying propane cylinders, and is done by a licensed propane dealer who had to take the same DOT course as someone who would stamp the collar. The cylinders are 100 percent legal and safe. Employee was nice however, I am not blaming them, their hands are tied. More corporate bs from a company that used to be good. I'll stick with southern states where I can find them, at least they refill propane without issue.

This is one of those experiences where the voting or grading is somehow undecided. Went this morning to get the rabies vax for the pooch, it had expired on the 11th and we are going out of State so it needed to be updated right away. The store itself is fantastic and the employees are really super nice and friendly, we felt the Southern hospitality in the air and from the people in line and "line" in bold letters and slow moving line that is, we waited and waited and the line wasn't moving but will try to rate PetVet on a separate review because that may not be the store's fault or is it? This store looks clean, organized and well supplied, I need to comeback and look around to see what they have, I wish the Summerville store would be like this. I know now why the name and there is really a few items that I didn't find in a hardware store and I ended up ordering from Amazon at a premium. Long drive but it may be worth it if I make another stop at a wholesaler nearby. 21 stars to the store and it's employees (not management) 3 stars to PetVet, good service but very slow got there at 10 and got out at 11:30 and there were still 15 pets behind us and we were 5th in line and PetVet doesn't list an address and is operated by VIP-petcare, no address or phone number either and for that reason the ultimate responsible is the Tractor Supply management that should get only four stars for the lack of responsible party on your grounds.

I want to love Tractor Supply Co but the experience at every location is always disappointing. The selection inside the store is great. The individual people are great but this location appears to be understaffed and it’s been impossible to get assistance without waiting a long time. Please solve this staffing issue and help your customers get what they need and get them on their way.
