When we walked out of Timeless Interiors, my husband said it best, “That was all God!” That morning I threw my hands up and said I’m done trying to update this home to rent. Too many wasted hours of trying to find pieces to fit our 1 bedroom condo and no time to wait for orders to arrive. We only walked into Timeless Interiors to buy a bunkie board from No Bull Mattress who which does business there. Much to our amazement Holly asked if we were looking for anything in particular and directed us to a corner of the store, 3rd tier shelf to the perfect nightstands for our bedroom. They were also the perfect size for our room. When we let her know we wanted them, she asked if we needed a dresser. She quickly showed us 3, one of which was perfect. Then she asked if we needed anything else and 30 minutes later we had everything we needed. She expertly wrapped everything and took away all of our stress. No hard sell, no following us around. Just expert service, great inventory, expert taste and knowledge of the inventory. We will contact Holly in the future no matter where we might buy a home! 100% recommend her and Timeless Interiors! She has something for every style and budget & truly listens to what the customer wants & likes.

One word describes working with Holly and Timeless Interiors: NIGHTMARE. Holly is a disorganized hot mess and unfortunately, that's the way she operates her business. We purchased several pieces for our new home in Savannah. She was supposed to find us the "perfect" entertainment center and never followed up despite several texts from us. Her delivery people were excellent, arrived on time and we watched them carefully unload each piece. Unfortunately, the most expensive piece, a leather console table, arrived with a rip
On it. After several crazy back and forth texts from Holly, I asked her to stop harassing us. I called before the end of the day to make a credit card payment and a gentleman called me back. She wanted to pick up the piece and keep it for two weeks to repair it, which was not a suitable solution. Holly's best offer was a $49 discount on a very expensive piece . After some negotiations with the reasonable guy, I accepted a $100 discount and paid in full. Holly tried to blame the damage on her delivery people, who took great care in unloading the furniture and who we tipped for excellent service. Buyers beware. She is unscrupulous and slick. I will never shop there again. Two stars instead of one because we like the furniture

I love visiting this store, you never know what treasures you will uncover. You can make 3 laps around and find something new each time. Holly is wonderful, her team is amazing, they packed, wrapped, and loaded the most wonderful chair into my truck!

We saw a condo that had been staged by Timeless Interiors, and loved the furniture and design so much we bough the condo. Holly has great taste and design sense. We spoke with her about our new home and she was very helpful. The store is enormous and has all types of furniture on display.

I Love Love Love this place!! I found the most amazing pieces of furniture! Janine and Holly were SO helpful. Everything was delivered within 24 hours and the delivery guys are so awesome. I highly recommend shopping here for things you wouldn’t find anywhere else and making your home amazing! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience.

We bought a very large order and Holly personally worked closely with us on pricing as she gave us verbal pricing for our list of choices, yet, once we got the furniture in our home, we were surprised to find hidden Timeless Interiors price tags in drawers and under items for much less than what we paid! We had a few other issues as well but loved some of our pieces, just be careful.

Just want to say how impressed we were with Holly (the owner) and her team! When we first walked in we felt a bit overwhelmed by the mass amount of furniture in the store. We were greeted when we first walked in and just asked to browse, which we were accommodated. While making our way around and getting ready to find our way out, I found an area rug that I absolutely loved. Holly then greeted us and started asking us questions. She did not skimp on time with us just to make a sale. We've spent a few hours with her over the weeks and found everything we were looking for to fill our newly constructed home. She was able to use the rug and the information we gave her about us, and what we were looking for and found the perfect pieces! She has such a fantastic eye for design! I've read other reviews complaining about prices and perhaps some things can be found cheaper elsewhere. I wouldn't trade the experience for cheaper stores. Holly's vision was beyond anything we were able to achieve. In fact, she had a table customized for us and it is gorgeous! We know there is not another exact table in the world! Eric delivered the furniture with such care! Each piece was placed to perfection and he made sure everything operated properly and that we were satisfied before he left. We can't express the thanks we feel for Holly and her team and highly recommend Timeless Interiors!
