Too much information to list.I called to verify inventory on an engine scanner.It was in sick and clerk was pleasant.Somewhere between the next 6 minutes there it took a bad turn.The clerk said they would use their check engine scanner.I was paying more than on line price for the item.I arrived, not 1 person in store.The clerk said he would scan.A customer came in and he helped them.I get it.That was 20 minutes.Then another man came in and he helped him , another 10 minutes.I stood there feeling foolish and Un appreciated.I asked to be helped and he said there were too many others waiting and I could go to another store.I was made to look in front of these people that I wanted something for nothing.I said I am aware that I can shop elsewhere.People looked at me as if I was causing trouble.I purchased the item the same day at the Rittenberg location.I shared my experience with sales managers at 2 dealerships on the same highway.Their similar responses were....Oh, we know that's a bad location, we stopped going.Please be aware that I am a member of clergy and my reputation is important.Hoping this helps with any future visits to anyone and seek potential alternates.Parts stores littler Savannah Highway Charleston SC.

Don’t waste your time here - I tried to return a starter bought from another store to receive a core charge refund. When the employee took a pause from their FaceTime call, they could not figure out how to perform the refund, even after calling their manager. The employee then told me I had already returned the core (not true) or that I was never charged for the core (also untrue). The employee became angry with me when I told her that neither of those statements she made were true. While there were no other people in the store, her FaceTime call still ongoing, AirPods in, she told me there was nothing she could do.I went up the road to the location on Sam Rittenburg Blvd, and Will helped to refund the amount in less than 5 minutes. It took some extra work for him to look up out of state purchases, but he was willing to do it. I recommend to anyone to avoid this location because of the unprofessional behaviors of the people they hire.

Easy and convenient location to get in to if you're only taking right turns. Turning left out of the parking lot, and sometimes left into the parking lot, will result in heartburn and raised levels of anxiety. That being said, service was super helpful. I went in knowing what part number I needed. He went out back to get it, verified with me that he grabbed the right one, and then rang me up and I was off to the races. Advance Auto has several locations around town, but I'd come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you for your service.

Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. I came in and showed the item I needed to the customer service agent and he knew exactly where it was in the store. I was in and out in 1 minute. Great experience. The hardest part was getting back onto Savannah Highway.

Does not have one employee who answers the phone respectfully and now continually cant take orders for parts. This Store loses 1000,s of dollars a day by running a store that has no customer service or care for those trying to buy parts.

The Customer Service, I received from Jessica, was unbelievable. I can not tell you how this amazing, professional, kind young woman, went out of her way to help me with a problem with my car. She is amazing! I wish I could give this store 10 stars due to the Professionalism and Kindness of this Young Woman. Jessica you rock! Promote her ASAP. She knows her stuff!!!
