My wife recently went into the Folly Rd AT&T store due to a reboot loop problem with her phone and after buying a brand new phone from the sales rep. Nick, she was left with the phone in the box and after some suggestive selling techniques on her way home. No actual customer service help setting up the new phone or making sure the new phone uploaded the data. I have never been into a cell phone store before where they do not help the customer with a new phone or at the very least ask them if they would like help setting up the new phone. That is ridiculous and the management needs to take note of this. I tried calling the store, only to be redirected to the call center where I placed my complaint.

Nick was great! He helped me upgrade my phone and was very k owleadgable and patient and helped me transfer all my data to the new phone and get it set up! Would highly recommend Nick at the James Island location!

Went in to upgrade my teenagers phone- was excited to have this new store on Folly Rd close to my house. They told me he couldn't use the old number (a glitch) and would have to choose a new number. The old number was never cancelled so I've been paying double. Found out by calling AT&T customer service that they did this to receive a commission on a new line. I should have 100% been able to keep the old number.

Came into the store to get a new protector tempered glass for my mom's phone. Cain was awesome. Not only did he help us, but I got the special of the BOGO apple watch for my grandmother and I. He helped lower our bill with a discount we didn't know we qualified for and did it in 10 min. I will definitely make sure to visit this store and request him. I have never had such a great experience at an At&t store.

No idea who I just worked with, or rather did not work with. I came into the James Island location to look at getting a new iPhone, iPad, and update my existing AT&T plan. The person working did not greet me. After I explained why I was there, he told me to wait and then proceeded to ignore me long enough that I was very uncomfortable. When I finally let him know I would just come back later all he said was “okay”. He apparently had no time to care for me as a customer in a store that was completely empty. I would have just come back in hopes of someone else working, but I will not be returning to this location. I enjoy AT&T as a carrier and have always had excellent customer service, but this was a subpar experience.

Traded in two phones and upgraded. We had some hiccups in the process but Nick was very helpful in fixing the issues. Great job sir!

Went to this store to see about upgrading my iPad, Juwan the store manager did nothing but provide the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever witnessed! Definitely recommend this location with getting the best options for what to get to help better you’re every day to day work! Thank you juwan and I will be coming to see you more often!

We switched over from Verizon and Nick gave us an awesome deal! We were in an out of the store within an hour, saved tons of money and got all new phones and accessories in the process. Highly recommend this location!!

Jiwan was excellent!!!!!! The data transfer from my old phone to my new one was complex and took a while but he worked it all out and was so incredibly kind and patient. Fantastic customer service and knowledge.

I had to come to the store close to closing time to switch my carrier, and luckily for me, Nick was the one working that day. He stayed well beyond his closing time to help me switch to AT&T and add another line to my account. He was so helpful and patient, and I'd highly recommend visiting this store. There are few people who go above and beyond like that for others these days. We need to treasure them when we find them!

I have had a business over 30 years. Good customer service is a must! I have visited this store 3 times looking for an Iphone or Galaxy to upgrade to. It appears they don't want business. Walked in, two employees serving one customer. Said they would be right with me. I waited about 10 minutes. No one came over. I decided to leave. Walked out with no response from employees. I had to pass by them to exit store. Either they act like they don't know or the item is not in yet. I am not going there again. Three strikes your out.
