We had a great experience with Ana as our consultant at ATT. We wanted to switch from cable to streaming with ATT since we were long time customers. Ana set up a time that was good for us, and took care of everything to make the process easy, and we got just what we needed. She takes excellent care of her customers!

I had a disappointing experience with AT&T when seeking assistance. Despite their capability, the staff and manager declined help, citing a prior visit to another store and said “go to a corporate store we are authorized retailers” even though they have the capability to fix the issue. The manager's rude behavior added to the frustration, suggesting improvement in customer service at this location is needed.

Josh at the initial time of my approval was extremely kind; your service and compliance make sense to me. I enjoyed working with you on switching to a plan so suddenly. I like having a work and business phone for the value of what I was paying. This value brought in business for myself and others!

The young lady Ana, was very patience, helpful, made sure my phone was up and working. She did it all in a timely manner. I came in as a Verizon customer with my husband and didn't want to change but when she finished I left an AT&T customer. I am very happy just from the service we received plus or two phones and a cheaper plan!Thank you!

We wanted to trade-in a phone for a newer model. The rep was more interested in repeatedly trying to sell us their internet package.When we declined their 'protection package' (they don't explain the $200 deductible unless you ask) we were dismissively told "Good luck with your new phone."

The staff at the West Ashley-Charleston SC store are amazing! So kind and patient and helpful! And so knowledgeable! I really appreciate excellent customer service and they produced it!

The young guy Cole (name on receipt) was a Great help, literally had him help me in the first 5 seconds on entering the store and didn’t even spend more than 10 minutes there! He even helped me keep my physical SIM card. My problem was I had no signal on my main iPhone 13 PM, even tho the SIM card still worked in my old XS max. He got me a new SIM card out the back with assistance of other employees/supervisors since it was a unique situation and popped it in and boom I have signal again so I’m satisfied 100% made my trip to Charleston not so wasteful!

I can't stand AT&T employees. They're incapable of saying "I don't know" or "let me ask combody" or "let me look that up for you". If they don't know the answer to a question they just make it up... I've seen this over and over again... and I really don't get it. What's so hard about being honest and saying you don't know something?The customer service reps NEVER actually want to help... they want to waste as much of your time as possible... they'll give you a laundry list of chores to do, including restarting your phone 10+ times just because they want to procrastinate on doing their job... It's so disgusting.I signed up for their 2 gig fiber internet and it's honestly worse than my wow internet that I had previously. Yeah it's faster, but it randomly cuts out like 3-5 times per week, which is a huge problem for my job.I really can't stand AT&T. I already switched my cell phone provider to Google Fi which is awesome so far, and as soon as I find a fast consistent internet provider I'm switching that as well.

I never leave Google reviews, but had to do this one after what is one of the the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.I came into the store with my wife to transfer our lines into a new account (from our parents accounts). The associates were somewhat helpful directing us on a process that involved calling AT&T customer support (they said they couldn’t do anything in the store until that happened). We had to wait until the next day to call since customer service lines were closed (it was a Sunday).The account holders on our current plans (our parents) had to call customer service first thing the next day, and they followed instructions exactly how they were described to us. They confirmed a transfer of billing responsibility had been noted on the account. We went back into the store to complete the transfer, and were told they didn’t have what they needed and gave us the same instructions as the day before.Sparing the details, the store associate was completely unhelpful in getting us through the process as my wife and I each sat on long (30+) calls with customer service and our parents (the account holders). I was able to get my line fully handled over the phone, but my wife was not. The whole time, our associate was not offering any help, not answering any of the questions directed our way by the customer service reps on the phone, and was often wandering away from us. After my wife ended a very frustrating call with customer service and trying to confirm everything was taken care of, the associate said something to the degree of “we’ll see if that works” implying we didn’t actually do part of the process. Even though he was standing there the whole time saying nothing.At the end of the day, the store made this process so much more difficult than if we had just done it over the phone. Terrible service all around. I walked in having no issues with AT&T and walked out literally googling the best phone carrier to switch to.Tip: if you are transferring a line to a new account, do not come into this store. They can’t and won’t do anything to make the process easier.

I went in to the store in august of last year to do a transfer of billing responsibility to get someone off my account. Management had a new rep handle this and messed it up creating a sub account that I didn’t have access to or know about. I’ve reached out to the store and corporate over ten times in the last year to get this resolved. I’m always told this is sent up the ladder to Tony their area manager to be fixed. Now I’m getting calls from debt collectors because of this mistake on ATTs part. I have records of management at their store admitting it was totally the fault of ATT. I went in with a simple request and after they messed it up I was patient and understanding. Now almost a year later it’s not resolved and I’m at risk of hurting my credit due to their mistake. I need someone to help me out with this before I escalate it in a major way. Thanks I’ve been more than reasonable with this joke of a situation.

I have been here 3 times in the past year and a half to have them help me upgrade and replace broken phones. There is little to no wait for someone to help you. They are knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I have a hard time explaining what I want but they we patient and very helpful. I enjoy visiting the store even if a broken phone is bringing me in.
