Excellent customer service. I was greeted promptly at the door, best service ever. I am completely satisfied. Michelle made me feel comfortable. She fixed my phone. Glen was absolutely amazing, and finally fixed my issue that took three stores to fix. He was so kind, listened to my issue and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely one of the best representatives/customer service I’ve ever had!!

Me and my girlfriend have been looking and calling around for WIFI service for a couple days now and when I called here I was meet with the best service I’ve ever had over the phone. Manny was so helpful and honest with all my questions and concerns! We honestly need a Manny every place we visit. Keep up the Good work sir there are very few of y’all left!!!

Catt was amazing!!!! She helped us get switched over for service with them and helped us switch over our phone numbers and all of our info on our phones. And she helped us save so much money! She is very kind, respectful, patient and a wonderful asset to the company. She definitely needs a raise, she made sure to tell us all the perks and to get the most out of our service and plan. We are coming back soon to internet for the house. AT&T got a new customer and 2 phone lines today because of Catt and her incredible service and we came from Verizon! Very pleased with everything!!!!

I came in to finish a phone trade. I also needed insurance removed from the bill and a couple of questions answered. My sales associate, Taylor, took the time to look back at my bill and figure out the discrepancy, then helped me with my next steps to fix it. Great job! Will definitely work with them again!

So if you want to opportunity to be seen as quickly as possible, whether its ATT or any other cell phone provider, get there when they open. Because as you know, doing anything at ATT or any provider, takes such a long time. I get there and the manager ( I found out later) and one other person, sitting at the table right when you walk in were quiet when I walked in and I was eventually/awkwardly greeted by the male rep in the back of the store. Explained I was switching from Verizon to ATT blah blah blah and the process begins. At some point he joked that he left his cell phone at home--not an important point until later in the process. I was there for at least an hour. At the point in the process when the rep had to call the ATT headquarters (?) or whoever the hell reps call at ATT from ATT when they need to confirm stuff, he kind of looks around and then turns to me and asks, "can I borrow your phone?" ?? He was asking to borrow my phone to make the call because he left his phone at home. So ATT doesnt have landlines or store phones or I dont know..it was just odd to me that a rep would ask to borrow the customers phone to make a phone call. Also I am convinced that no one leaves their cell phone and if you don't have it, you've been kidnapped or apparently you're this guy who works at ATT. The process went cleanly and eventually the manager did come over after some time to ask how things were going--friendly reps, clean store, and I got a great per month rate--much cheaper than Verizon. Went to get my watch synced to my phone for number sync. Attendant said it was done. Left and went home. Only to find out later. Problem still exist. I have had nothing but problem after problem since I ported over to AT&T. The only thing they seem to get right, at least on their end, is billing me. I am about ready to give them all 5 of their phones back and take my business elsewhere.Also I have gotten to the point. I would rather have something be wrong. Than have to call them. You can not call without it taking AT LEAST an hour. Reps are very polite and friendly but none seem to know what is needed to fix any issues. Need lass training on courtesy and more on resolving issues.

Catt explained everything to me. I always get so confused trying to figure out the way the billing and trade ins work and she made all of that so clear! I absolutely loved her! Also she helped me with my indecisiveness and helped me pick out a case to match my phone. We bought 6 accessories, simply because she made it so easy to see what best suited our needs. We had been talking to Verizon, but after we had Catt help us.... we decided to stay with AT&T!
