I visited the store on 12/14/23, and Nicole was truly exceptional. Her assistance was invaluable. Despite some mix-ups from previous representatives, she patiently corrected every issue, the way it suppose to been and I must say, she was amazing. I highly recommend seeking assistance from her and Catt ❤️. They take their time and the value their work and care truly about your needs.

I visited the at&t store because I was experiencing a non-working brand new phone. Nicole was very helpful and quick about it too. She was highly knowledgeable and didn't waste time with mindless chit chat. I was impressed.

Manny aka Emmanuel was amazing! He was polite and down to earth. I purchased two items and no buyers remorse here! I enjoy what I have purchased partly due to the service I received as I purchased them. Love you AT&T!

Glendon did an amazing job getting me resolved i was so stressed think i wouldn't have a phone today but he made sure i was fully knowledgeable about the services you all provided he helped me with accessories and other programs that i qualified for based off employment i am very satisfied and happy i joined AT&T

This Store is Clean and Location is Convenient?This store is well staffed. The employees are kind and ready to help when you enter the store. I met HEATHER last year and will always do business directly with her?Heather is super helpful and knowledgable. She definitely goes above and beyond to see that your customer experience is delightful and easy.

Originally I came in to change the address for my Internet connection but also signed up for two phone lines plus protection plan with Heather Corris.Everything seemed professional but a few days after using the new phone (Razr Motorola 2023) my phone stupidly dropped at work from my work station. The screen cracked a little bit and when signing up for the protection plan Heather particularly told us how great their service is and how they'll repair the screen free of charges. Lie number 1! Asurion customer service told us they don't even have the right parts to exchange the screen and it would be a charge of 225 to replace the phone. So since the protection plan of 2*17 per month didn't cover anything why should I sign up for it? Her commission!?Lie number 2: Heather Corris assigned Internet for my new address while I still get charged for my old address too!!! So now I'm supposed to pay Internet for my old and new apartment? Definitely not with me but I bet they did it with a lot of people especially elderly folk. Very sneaky and I guess she also did it for her own commission again.Oh yeah and number 3 is no one told us about the activation fee of 70 dollars I got charged for 3 days after receiving the phones.Overall a very disappointing experience and we're shocked how convincing she lied with a friendly smile in our face.Always remember the most innocent people might pull you over the table!

I was in the store to use wifi with tec support to try and fix my phone. The tec was having trouble and Heather was finishing up with a customer and heard the tec ask for some code on phone and Heather offered to help and really she was great and just finished with tec and tested and everything worked fine. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. WHY IS HEATHER NOT TEACHING OTHER WORKERS IN OTHER STORES HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE AT&T. instead, Heather made me feel like she would help me if I had any more issues. (Unlike the store in Summerville SC)

Excellent customer service. I was greeted promptly at the door, best service ever. I am completely satisfied. Michelle made me feel comfortable. She fixed my phone. I'll tell everyone in Charleston to ask for Michelle on Rivers Avenue if you're having problems with your iPhone. Thank you AT&T for hiring a professional like Michelle.
