This store was amazing from start to finish. I called and Charles answered my questions. When I arrived he was there to help me sort out what I needed. Give them a call. You'll be glad you did. I experienced One of the rudest encounters today with an employee here. We brought a part from autozone and installed it and asked the man to read the code to see why it wasn’t clearing. He had the worst attitude and ask us how many times does he have to read the code when he never read it before, it was someone else a week ago! This man clearly hates his job and has a problem doing it. He’s past retirement age and needs to retire or work somewhere else since he clearly hates his job! I will not come back to this autozone again.

I have been to this autozone several times to get help with my car or the error codes read and they have been nothing but the best. Specifically, Rodrick went out of his way to look at my car and add some thoughts rather than just reading me the codes. I am grateful for all of his help, and he truly is an above and beyond employee.

Great store. Well managed. Fast friendly service. First time in was for two tail light bulbs for my camper. Easy purchase and felt valued as a customer.Second time went in for a battery check. She tested the battery right away and said it just needed a charge. She picked the battery up for me and took it back to charge. Picked up an hour and half later and had them run diagnostics on my car with the check engine light on.The manager told me what issues were present, provided a printout of parts and costs and offered advice on how to repair the issues.A very positive and helpful experience with three different employees (including the manager) and felt valued each time.

Me and my wife came because we where having battery issues with our ford flex. The store manager Rodrik was patient and kind. He explained everything from start to finish. He gave very kind and uplifting words. I will say that as long as Rodrik is there this is the only parts store we will shop. I really appreciate everything! He had us rolling in no time!

I went to this Autozone yesterday, 8/20/23, to return an air filter and radiator cap I did not need. Both were in their original packaging, both were unused, and it was within 90 days of the original purchase; all of which is required for the Autozone return policy. The person who spoke to me told me that it had been too long since purchase and I wouldn't be allowed to return the items. Luckily a friend informed me that the return policy is 90 days so I went back to the store today, 8/21/23, to return the items. The same employee, who later claimed to be a manager, spoke to me. This time I was suddenly able to return the items with ease after I said it was within 90 days. I asked the man why he felt the need to lie to me yesterday. He became dismissive at first and then defensive. I was in my work uniform and he then began asking me where I worked so he could speak to my manager about "my approach". If you're a manager, you should know the return policy of the store you manage. Either he is a liar like I believe or he needs to be retrained in his store's policies. Either way, it's a poor managerial performance.

I went to the location on Rivers Avenue and the battery on my motorcycle died. Rodrick was absolutely phenomenal and helped me out. What a true professional. I highly recommend this location.

They can never seem to find parts for my Subaru.The local chain around here not only has the regular parts they can often get the upgraded parts fairly inexpensively.
