Looking to swap out batteries in my Gladiator. It’s about a million degrees outside currently. I asked if anyone had a problem switching it out for me; John was up for the task. 20 minutes later I’m on my way to the next errand with a new battery. Expertly installed!

Rachel , Store Manager super nice and accommodating. She reserved a battery for us 25 miles away so we could get our warranty portion out of it and veterans discounts and take in because of near home. She was very nice to my wife and I.
Great Example for her employees .
We also witnessed her saying thank you to her employees when she ask them to help her and that’s something I don’t see at every store .

These guys are life savers; specially Josh. He truly went the extra mile to help me and my family, when our Acura RDX suddenly stop in our way to visit Charleston (Queen of the South) for the first time. This guy was incredible, he left the store and walk to where my car was. Try to jump start it. It didn’t work so he walk back to the store, grab a new battery, drove his car, replace the battery and tested again to make sure it was a battery issue or an alternator issue. Guys like this bring back hope in human kind. Thanks! We’ll be forever grateful?
