Bed Bath and Beyond has changed so much. Do it yourself or do without seemed to be their mindset. Even the checkout is self checkout only. I had to ask what to do since I was paying with cash. A lady at the online pickup had to help me. I won't be back.

Free Same day delivery is essentially NOT free!In big letters it is stated on the Bed Bath & Beyond web page that on today, Nov 27, 2022 that there is free shipping on same day delivery. Also. I'm a Beyond+ member and should be receiving free same day deliveries 4x a year regardless.So, what happens is that BB&B actually is using Door Dash type drivers to make these deliveries. So when during checkout there is a change of $5 noted as "Driver Tip" added to my bill, I'm like heck no - that means I'm paying $5 for delivery, not free.It is not my choice to use a private delivery service for my "free delivery".So I deleted that charge. Now, when the driver delivers, I hear her outside my door complaining that there was no tip.What these service individuals need to understand is that TIPS is an acronym for Tops In Professional Service - that was not professional service, that was an expected freebie.Service people need to understand the terms of their agreements with companies prior to contracting for a job.I've not hired that person, so it is not up to me to pay their wage.I'm not renewing my Beyond+ membership, it does not fulfill what it claims.

Will be very sad if this store closes. This is my favorite HomeGoods store. It's hard to find some of the things they have in store.

They've reduced inventory and staff, but still have a lot to offer that's more than Target or Walmart. Also clean appearance.

Amazing customer service! Super friendly staff and the three wick candles last forever! Trevor was very helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely come back here to shop!

I went for roman shades since I bought great ones from there 19 years ago(great quality that lasted a long time) To my dismay they had NO shades at all. Wanted a curtain for the window by the door as well. Zero options. But ...if I want a gadget or pillow or candle plenty of chotchkis and nothing substantial. Of course I was told I could order what I needed online....so I did that...from another website.I wish the days of shopping at a store for needed items wasn't a thing of the past.

Went in to buy a carving knife. No one was at check out and the self checkouts are very sensitive and I was waiting 15 min and I decided to leave without the knife. Will not come back to this location.
