What the heck happened to Best Buy? I'm guessing Amazon is crushing them. Customer service is gone, and phone calls to store are routed to who knows where, with no answers but go to the store to get better answer.

Worst service ever. Register person was a young kid with nose clips and he could have cared less about providing any kind of service. He should not be working there!

Ordered a TV two weeks ago at the store told me they will deliver today between 9-11 am nobody here no one has called me impossible to get someone to help on the phone to help me was hung up 3 times because they couldn’t find the driver missed half a day of work and still no TV and nobody that could help me last time I order anything from Best Buy the worst of the worst!!

Setup curbside pickup, and it went perfectly. I went inside on another visit but they didn't have my item in stock. Went home and ordered it from Amazon. It was 20.00 cheaper.

Is this place still open? Absolutely empty shelves, no employees in sight, walked around for 15 minutes and the only person to speak to us was the AP up front.
