This store's hours show that the store closes at 7 p.m. on Mondays; however, when I arrived at 6:43 p.m., the door was locked and the lights were off. I was irritated that I wasted my time driving there. I went back home and used the web site instead.

I have been a Boost customer since 2015,and have had not so good service until Ms Stacey started working there..I have had 2 recent issues that she went above and beyond to resolve!Boost is lucky to have such a compassionate employee like Ms Stacey!!

You are better off doing this online. The first time i came to this store there was a cardboard sign that said it to lunch 30 minutes.. i word and no one ever showed up. Bless the girl in the car next to me she wasn't giving up.The second time I'm the only one in the store and the girl is obviously on the phone with a friend and just continues her conversation for a while. When I did talk to her, I knew more about the phone plans than her.

Tried to get a new phone, and the guy told me he couldn't sell me a phone at the store. I've bought all my phones at boost mobile locations, but for some reason he wanted to act like I was inconveniencing him by getting him to do his job. I will never come back to this location!

Amy was extremely helpful and kind! We walked into the store having issues with 2 of our phones and she solved the issues very quickly! She was very understanding and polite when we were explaining what happened with the phones although it was very confusing. She set up my new SIM card. This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had with Boost Mobile, all thanks to Amy!!

Employee was smoking, seemed furious, screamed Ma'am at me over my question like a detention officer would, and then again and again. I just backed out before finishing my sentence about the phone, no one deserves to be spoken to that way, ever. You have someone abusive at the store Boost told me to visit.
