My experience at Boot Jack was very pleasant the two young ladies that helped me where outstanding. I don't shop here frequently but for the first time everyone there was very very nice. This location was much more pleasant than the others. Thank You.

Fine location for foot gear, everything in the store is on the shelve, thus nothing in the stock room for you to buy if the sizes on the shelve do not fit, plus there is no ordering of the size you need. Buy what they have or leave, or buy some of the outdoor fine clothing if you can find your size. This store does not offer any kind of discounts, senior or military, in fact this a discount price footwear store with a fine staff of two ladies playing country music, not smooth jazz.

As a Texan, I've been around Western Shirts since the cowboy doctor delivered me. This joint by far has the Sexist Western Shirts I've ever seen. Shirts so "Bad" it would make my shirts at home jealous.

The two women upfront were so polite! They made rounds frequently to chat with customers and ask if they were finding everything okay. This place was an awesome experience, will definitely be visiting again.

The staff was very helpful, courteous, friendly and professional.This is a great location close to the highway and not far from the interstate access area. There are many different types of stores and businesses located in and around the area.

Recently I purchased a pair of pretty beat-up Ariat boots second hand online. The ladies working at the time greeted me and helped me find a conditioning cream to re-hydrate the leather. After I showed her a picture of the boots, she also suggested a second product for scuffing/tears in case I needed it. The prices in store are competitive to what I’ve seen online, which is hard to find these days. I’ve never felt pressured into anything I didn’t need or want, and they’ve always treated my small purchases just as importantly as a bigger purchase. I previously worked in retail for 12 years, being a multi-store manager for 5. I very rarely find customer service that wows me, and this location has never skipped a beat.
