Horrible customer service. Had my order for a week with a promise to pickup and didn’t follow though. Communication would have been helpful but the agent handling my order would never return a message or call.

Michael helped me ship my car from Charleston, SC to Birmingham, AL. It was a quick and painless process. The price was fair and Michael was very responsive and communicated clearly. I needed quick turnaround and they worked within my time constraints. It was also nice to have one POC to handle my shipment instead of having to call a general line. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services to others in need of car shipping. Lastly - I am 8 months pregnant and stressed to Michael that the shipper had to wear a mask for the hand off because of COVID. The shipper made a special trip to the store to buy a mask just for me. That's customer service!

I worked with Stephanie. Thank goodness I received an excellent rep. Stephanie was patient and respectful. This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle. She maintained contact, answered all my questions, and explained the entire process. Pick-up was exactly as stated. The carrier pick-up person could not have been nicer. Stephanie made the process so easy.

I scheduled to ship my car with Leeann. She is top-rated for customer service in my book. She was very friendly and made the experience peaceful. Her support and ongoing communication is a strategy to share with other dispatchers and transport companies. I had my car shipped from the Bay Area all the way to TN. Leeann was so nice and she told me the truth about shipping and all the possible scenarios. She assured me to do her best to meet my deadline and expectations. I contacted Leeann on Thrusday, July 12 for a pick-up July 19-25. My car was picked up Friday morning, July 20 as promised and delivered ahead of time. The driver was very curteous and sent messages along the way. I highly recommend Auto Shipping Group.

ASG got the job done in a reasonable time frame. The contract drivers were outstanding in their care for my vehicle and in their customer service skills. I will be using ASG again.

Our broker was Kimberly, she went the extra mile to help us. We needed to send a car to the bush in Alaska. Kimberly contacted a tow company and barge company to help us. We were in constant contact with her and knew where the car was every step of its journey.
