This was the first and only time I will be going in there because there were thee girls behind the counter and two were letting the F word fly and the one who rang me up barely acknowledged me. Whoever is reading this, save yourself the trouble and drive a half mile instead to the Exxon Refuel at 860 Island Park Dr.

I drove up to 1 of the 2-3 "functioning" gas pumps and put in my easy pay card, chose my premium fuel, and yes to car wash. (all other pumps have yellow caution tape over the dispensers)My receipt doesn't print. I wouldn't care, except I needed my car wash code off it. Pump says "See cashier for receipt" okay..As I am walking to the door, the woman inside locks it. I knock on the door several times. Ignored. I look at the doors and windows for Hours of Operation sign, there is none visible. I look at my phone - it's 9:58pm. I look up and see the woman at the cashier area, I knock. Ignored. Really?? So, I knock harder to where she would obviously look up - she does - and I say thru the crack in the door "Excuse me, can you please print me a receipt for pump 4? It says "See Cashier" and it has a car wash code on it". She ignores me, and goes back to whatever she is doing.A few minutes later, lights inside turn off. I guess they were closed? From other reviews I've seen, they seem to close whenever they want?When you operate a business and have no posted signage of Hours of Operation, people will assume you are operating 24hrs a day. Other people walking up to the entrance asking me if it was closed, would say "This place is pathetic!"I'm beginning to agree. I will not give this place my business ever again! She could have acknowledged me, maybe came to the door and offered a solution? Either give me my damn receipt! Or, tell me they're closed and what I would need to do, or who to speak to the following day to get my receipt for the car wash I PAID FOR!I would NOT recommend giving this place any business. Take the time to read the more current reviews - there are other Circle K's worth making the drive to.

While I think it’s nice having a 24/7 store on the island is very convenient, would always recommend going so late because many times I go and they have a bad habit of closing early. Seriously I’m told that some of these managers can’t make it and halts the business, this is why it either needs to have and actual closing schedule, or vending machines outside like ive seen a few more recent gas stations have been Integrate

Nice to stop in a convenience store to find both restrooms out of order and blocked off. Luckily I hadn't pumped fuel yet. I did give an additional star then what I originally would have given since the store did point me in the direction of the Refuel station down the road. Fyi, It's obvious the owner doesn't care due to never responding to a negative review. I will go out of my way to patronage a store that the owner cares about their customers.

For over sixteen years, I've seen this store struggle with high turnover, and seldom encountered courteous employees. However, over the last few months, I've noticed that they've got a good crew, most all of whom are courteous and professional. In particular, one employee named Tatiana stands out for her helpfulness and friendliness. I popped in the other day to see if they still carried a particular item and, despite being busy, Tatiana was willing to exhaustively look for the product. When she was unable to locate it, she actually offered to order it and ensure it was in stock!Since COVID began, we're all aware of staff shortages, most glaringly in customer-service oriented professions. IMO, when we encounter those who stand out and exemplify the ideals of a model employee, we should recognize them on a job well done. Kudos to this location's mgmt for hiring a stable team, and a special shoutout to the hardworking staff!

Absolute b******* of a "24 hour" gas station. I don't know if they're short on staff or what but every single time I have tried to go to this gas station after 11 it is closed. Don't go out of your way to this place, probably not open

I drive further to go here. Staff is always friendly, it is always neat and clean and the most important of all PRODUCTS ARE NOT EXPIRED, which is much appreciated.

Approached the counter, cashier had the scanner light pointed towards my face, after asking her to please turn it around and telling her that I was prone to seizures, she scoffed, wagged her head, and refused to turn it away. Have never experienced such disregard for someone else's wellbeing. The woman working the cash register has no business in any kind of work place.

A few of the pumps didn’t work with any of my credit cards and then I used my wife’s card and the next day she got hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges!
