I absolutely love this costco! We go here about 4 times a month. We have always had good experiances and enjoy our time shopping here. Only thing I will say is they need more cashiers. I love how at the door they always put a smile face on the back of the reciept for my kids, they love it! There is only about 3 registers open always and the lines to checkout are ridiculous.

This place is so consistent. Everything is in its place and the customer service is fine. When the crowds are large I don’t pay it much mind. The lines move smoothly every time I visit.

My very first day I stood for an hour trying to get my membership.The line was long and just as I got in the middle of paying the power failed....6 times.When I went back I had to start over.Then what I found was not that impressive...lots of Costco items of questionable quality some looked good...some prices were not discount at all and others were only a volume price drop.People are easily dazzled..you have to compare apples to apples for price and convenience.This is a hard ride to get here and the one promised to my area got dropped like Sams did and not a care from the company to explain anything about the build canceled.Somebody has to step up because there are 25,000 new homes up here and Publix and Harris Teeter ain't gonna supply all that.Not impressed with the food at the chopped down food court...the flat cardboard pizza with the gallon of oil on it was cheap for a reason...any pizza place serving that would be closed in a week. And I saw a man with a number way lower than mine get passed over and was left waiting....a girl clocking out did not want to hear him. He was still standing as I went to eat my slices.Nice place with basically caring employees...some exceptions...but reserving opinion until I buy more than staples. Staples are the same in Sams and BJs so shorter ride.

This Costco serves people from Orangeburg to Walterboro, as there's not another Costco those directions until you get way out to Columbia/Savannah. So it's slammed all the time, making it the least enjoyable Costco store I've ever been to. Spend the extra 20 driving out to Mt. Pleasant for a much quieter, peaceful Costco experience.

clean, good variety of items, shelves are fully stocked. their bakery is really good, we always stop by to get their deals. the staff at the cashiers work fast

Great selection of products. Self-serve checkout is a joke. You might as well use a cashier, because you sure aren't allowed to check out on your own.

One of the two great locations in the Charleston area. I was here last weekend on a crazy busy afternoon. Miranda and Therese went out of their way to assist me find some unique products. I get lost in Costco most of the time, but they really helped me out when I needed it. Will shop here again and again. 5 stars all the way!

The pharmacy has the best prices in town if using GoodRx etc., membership fees are not that ideal. Has bulk selection items but it's going to cost more than other options.

Everyone is so nice at the Brandon Costco. The people who serve the tasty stuff I like. It give me a chance to try it before I buy and then don't like.

A little far for me to travel however they have what we want. It is always neat and clean and the register lines move along quickly. I hope as I “heard” that a Costco is built closer to where we live.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy since I don't use the other parts of the store. I recently had some issues with a few of my scripts and needed some help. Brian Kelly was so helpful, I couldn't have been happier or more impressed. He took the time and interest to guide me through the process and he would get 10 stars if I could. As for the store, the parking lot is crazy and parking is a pain but it's a small price to help for how the service is.

This happened today, Saturday the 26th of November.I went to go buy some rum and hole I was in the area and. Just when straight to the ABC department and successfully located the rum, and proceeded to go to checkout.I waited in line behind an elderly couple and brought out my card, ID, and payment while he couple paid for their things.The cashier and the elderly couple decided to keep talking even when I made it to the counter and put my product down. I decided to let the cashier know when the couple finally left and he had an attitude with me and I left without my product.I do not recommend coming when this big is working. Very inconsiderate and not timely.

Always love visiting Costco! Walk out withore than I walk in for!! Always a pleasant atmosphere and employees are always helpful. Been a member since the day they opened in 2001.
