I was a member here for a little over a year and absolutely loved it. Great coaches leading workouts with LOTS of variety to keep things fun and interesting. Also, (IMHO) they strike an excellent balance between motivating everyone to propel fitness improvement while also knowing when and how to scale back. They catered to me several times while I nursed injuries (from rec sports outside the gym) to make sure I could maintain/advance my physical fitness and not make anything worse. Also, just as important as the coaching, the members are super fun and welcoming! Easy to plug in and make friends quickly.I only dropped because I changed jobs and could no longer make it with my new schedule/location, but I'm still hoping to find a way to make it work and rejoin in the future. Keep up the great work, Robert/team. Miss you guys!

We went to inquire about classes, schedules, and pricing etc.. The female instructor didn’t even acknowledge us. We were standing like idiots for few mins. She was too busy taking pics of the other clients. Sorry but they def lost two potential clients.

I feel very fortunate to be part of the Crossfit Discovery family and I'm long overdue in leaving a review. I've worked out in a variety of settings with numerous coaches or instructors. Robert sets himself apart not just through knowledge and skill, but through a clear and unwavering commitment to help others become their best. I trust and value his advice even when I don't necessarily want to hear it and I feel comfortable following his guidance where in the past I've tried to find my own way. I can think of countless workouts where he's offered a tip or calm reassurance that helped me to achieve more than I thought possible. Robert's impact is magnified by the awesome group of coaches he's drawn in, who share his knowledge and passion for helping us all find our best, most functional, selves.

I have been going to CrossFit Discovery for 3 years now. Robert and the team of coaches are absolutely fantastic. I can honestly say I have never worked out in a more supportive community environment than here. CFDI is easily my second home. Going here almost every day for the past year and a half not only helped me prepare for military training but also gave me a place full of friends, laughs, support, and a sense community that I didn't even know I needed until I got there. Robert, the other coaches, and my friends there got me from not being able to run 400m without taking a break to running 5ks, doing the Bulldog Challenge, and competing in CrossFit and weight lifting events; they also were the greatest support to me as I was applying to and then preparing for the military and what I'd need to be able to do for those physical standards.

A popular hip hop dance studio for kids and beginners in Charleston area. Great music and funky moves. A very motivated owner who runs a small hip hop studio. Her classes are very popular for kids. Adult class should be 18+ not 13+? Pricing is a bit more expensive.
