This Pharmacy never opens on time. It's currently after 8:30am and phone line are still off line. And closes the doors way before closing time. Never seen a CVS so unorganized in my life. Not to mention they work with no mask when running a fever spreading their illness to vulnerable customers.

Now I know why they have a 2.1 google review score.

I use to feel sorry for the pharmacists working here - imagine working hard in medical school and taking on considerable debt to land a job at a dead stocked CVS in a flooded Food Lion parking lot. I don’t feel sorry for them anymore. They have this dismissive air about them and can’t be bothered to do the simplest task to help a customer get the medications they need. They actively encourage you to take your business elsewhere, as you should. For those who are able, the nearby Publix is a huge step up in customer service, cleanliness, and attitude. Medical professionals will warn you about this pharmacy when you suggest sending your prescription here, it’s that bad. Maybe it’s due to the location, but treating customers with suspicion and disdain is not a formula for success.

Extremely helpful staff - always in a good mood. Store is always stocked from top to bottom!

the pharmacy was closed at 1:15pm when it’s supposed to close at 1:30. I said ok I’ll just shop until 2 and go back. Get back at 2 and waited in front of the pharmacy while countless Target employees walked by me not saying a word. I stood there for 16 minutes and then went to the register to be told that the pharmacy wasn’t going to reopen today. None of the many employees that walked by me standing in front of the pharmacy couldn’t tell me that? This place has already abandoned their customer service and they haven’t even been open for that long

Would give 0 if an option. All around gross environment with unfriendly and rude employees. They will waste your time, as well as that of your doctor.

If I am a day early on a prescription, fine if they cannot prescribe it until the next day, but no matter what these folks are rude, and slow. If you go in there and are not doing anything wrong, you will feel as though you have.

Basically, they are slow, and they are always rude. If you are there for a legitimate reason, you will walk away feeling as though you are not. I am through with this pharmacy. They are rude in that they will make you feel as they you are a drug addict or a thief for no reason.

The guy who was a the pharmacist in charge at this location was very rude to my family. He and his entire staff was very unprofessional and was not willing to help us in anyways possible. He was speaking to me behind glass not even looking at me and when I told him I can’t hear him do he mind coming down from his computer in the middle and speaking to me at the register and he did not move or budge. It was an issue with the medication that he claim he needed to verify with the prescriber before filling the prescription and he had to call the doctor office. He claim he couldn’t reach them and my mother who was in pain was explaining to him that it’s important. I asked him if he could please call the doctor office again for her and he refused stating “I’ve already called twice I’m not calling again.” Like that isn’t his job. He was very rude and needs to have a training course in customer service just because you are the head pharmacist and your name is on the door doesn’t give you a right to not be helpful and treat people like they are nothing. I do believe he treated us unfairly probably because of the color of our skin. My family had been getting our meds from here over 30+ years and we will now be going someplace else. This is 2022 you shouldn’t treat paying customers like that. The store is very dirty, outdated and honestly needs to be shut down. Worst experience we had from a pharmacist in charge. He was very unprofessional, rude and condescending. If you have a choice to choose where you get your medication filled do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Worst CVS on the planet. The store overall is dirty with many empty shelves. Often I go in and they're out of very common items that I'm looking for. This goes far beyond supply chain excuses. The CVS pharmacy on George St is so much more helpful and responsive. I live quite close to the King St. CVS but now I drive down to the one on George St, even if it's not nearly as convenient. I don't know what's going on here, but it screams of a need for a total facelift...in management and physical assets.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The pharmacy is consistently understaffed, and it takes AGES to get a prescription filled. If there was any other pharmacy I could go to, I would.

Wish I could give zero stars. Really the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. There's an issue every time I try to pick up a prescription, and they always insinuate that it's somehow my fault when it's always theirs. I would literally rather drive 20 minutes out of my way than go back to this pharmacy.

Never have stuff in stock, prices are horrible, customer service socks, pharmacy is slow and never answers the phone anytime. The whole store had to close down by a customer was mad about the ATM taking his money so cops had to come and forced a shutdown of the store. Absolutely ridiculous costumers too
