Lady at the front register was very friendly and bubbly. I can tell she's definitely worked in retail before by her attitude and knowledge. We need more employees like her in the workforce.

The lady at the register when I walked in didn’t know how to ring me up to add paper money to my cash app so she called over her coworker, no big deal. The 2nd lady then looks at me and says “it’s declining your card”. Now why on earth would it decline adding real money. I use another DG normally to add cash and never have had any issues. Both workers looked at me like I was a criminal or something when I asked them to try again and guess what, it worked just fine. The new lady must not of done something right the first time (she was very clear she had never done it before) but they didn’t have to be so judgey and snarky towards me for asking to retry the transaction so I could just pay a bill that was due. Good lord. Common sense isn’t so common. I won’t be back to this store ever again, first and last visit.

Good prices. Store have a note on door saying it closes now at 5pm , I was here at 4:47 11-22-22.

I've had to change the stores rating. It's become known as, I wander if they're open. Or better yet, will I go there and it's closed early? Last store manager was closing at different times everyday. New non retail experienced manager is rude. Used to keep store open regular hours. Now its closed early all the time. She talks bad things to personnel anout the customers.

I have a video I just took today of this store. I’m surprised DHEC hasn’t closed it down! What in the corn dog heck is going on here? It’s ridiculous and it’s been a disaster for months now!!! Please tell me a way I can send you this video...a picture is worth a thousand words!! Get with it Dollar General! West Ashley deserves better!!

We where just there and she tried to accuse my husband's brother of stealing and when we asked what he stole she completely ignored the question and when he emptied out his pocket and we emptied out ours she just told us to get out and to never come back. She never apologize and still never said what he apparently "stole."

Excellent customer service! She was awesome enough to go check the back for my item willingly! She greeted us all as we entered and was helpful. The gentleman was pleasant also.

Staff was courteous and efficient. The place was also well stocked and clean. The bathrooms were clean and stocked.
