There is never an employee available when you need help at this Dollar General. More often than not, you walk in and the place feels completely deserted. To make things worse, they actually leave signs at the register saying they’re on a smoke break — seriously? Customers are left standing around waiting with no idea when someone will come back. It’s frustrating and unprofessional.
I understand staffing can be an issue, but this has clearly become the norm here, not the exception. This store needs better management and some basic customer service standards. Until then, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Never going back there again. The guy who stocks the shelf was so unnecessarily rude as soon as I approached him. Completely ignored me at first when I greeted him with “hey, how are you?” then when I said it again after noticing he didn't respond he still didn’t say anything. I should have just left immediately after that instead of saying anything else cause he just got ruder from there. When he was done being sarcastic at my question I just said “ok thanks and left”. I guess he must have been having a bad day but why take it out on a random customer? Regardless of that guy, I don’t plan to stop greeting customer service employees before talking to them or treating workers with politeness and respect. Most customer service workers are nice so if you meet someone like this “gentleman”, don’t let that bad experience change how you treat store employees.

I’ve never been the type to go out my way to leave a review but how is this store still open? Every time I have been here there’s ALWAYS something wrong from the new merchandise still being on the floor for days blocking walkways, having one cashier at the register n having long lines cause “self checkout isn’t working”, there’s NEVER anyone at the second register, they close at 9 but the doors locked at 8:45, and I went today around one of their LEAST busiest time (2:20) and the doors are locked not a single note signifying bathroom break, smoke break, etc. NOTHING. You would think they were closed. This is one of the closest and most convenient stores near my house, I haven’t been there in about a year or two and every problem hasn’t changed it’s honestly ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would, just 1 is being too generous.

I wish I could give it zero stars the past 2 times that I have come in after 9:00 they closed early even though their sign says close at 10:00. They even saw us and continued to ignore. Very disappointed.

Last 4 times I've been in this store, employees are sitting down instead of stocking the already bare shelves. Compared to 3 months ago, this store has become a shitshow. Currently employees are dressed in bootie shorts and tank tops. Very disappointed

The so called manager ( and old, very angry looking woman) hates everyone and has a very bad attitude, and I believe she even hates herself, not to mention this store is so dirty and things throw. Everywhere, unorganized,, it's the worst store I've ever been in. It's disgusting

What's the point of a store that's never open? It would be a great quick store to pop into but everytime we go the doors are locked and no one is home.

Decided to stop in after not doing so a couple of months due to the racist employees and now that they weren't there there are a white guy and a white girl who after standing at the cash register for 10 minutes with other customers they came out of the same bathroom high as a kite and couldn't even complete a sentence. The guy comes to the cash register with massive headphones on so that you can't talk to him or anything else. So now it's a junkie store and it would be wise to check your receipts and your cash that you're given back. I would not use the restroom for sure after seeing them come out together high as kites. The girl actually went over and started crawling around in the floor behind one of the aisles as if she was doing something else. If I ever go back in I will definitely take my phone to record because this was unbelievable

I have been going here since they opened .there always nice and helpful.im an older lady and have needed help several times .there always willing to help even if there busy doing other things .if I have any questions they answer nicely .there always courteous and helpful.usually stocked pretty good might be a bit low on a few things just before truck delivery.ive noticed they treat everyone nicely and know a lot by name and very friendly .a really nice place to shop .a little bit of everything except fresh produce of course .so glad they opened here .
