Okay, the dollar ? tree is no longer dollar products. Items went up over a dollar. So, to get to my point. Why do they have no bags and I had to walk out with a full-size trash bag with my items in it.

Seem to stock a lot less items since they changed their pricing structure.

I'm not sure what happened here, but it is one of the saddest places to go to. Shelves are always empty, oh I see, IT'S BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS ALL OVER THE FLOOR!! It is very obvious that this store is being managed poorly and that it probably goes a lot higher than that with no accountability. Then again, when you have "cost of living vs. wage being paid", that may explain a few things. Someone should do better......

If I could give a zero I would!! Two days in a row this store has been closed. First day, note on door that no one showed up to work..who put the note up? Elves?? Second day, no note .. cept door is broke. Won't be back to this location! I manage a store, if no one shows up to work, I work!! That's how management works!!!

Ladies were nice. Sign up saying store is closing early. I understand being short staffed because I am a senior level executive in retail.Store was clean and organized.Four stars because I carry a large purse and I don’t enjoy being followed, which I frequently am. Not all of us are thieves. To all those saying overwhelmed employees set the hours. You hard-nosed patrons need to wake up or grab a broom and help. This isn’t 1980, and they’re going to step up to you with facts. Retail has changed. We’re understaffed and workers are tired of the hate. The next step is robot cashiers.Be kind!

The store clerks make their own hours. Every time I go there it is closed.

The store is above average for a dollar tree, maybe not as well stocked as the James Island one but still good. The problem here isn't the employees fault as much as inconsiderate customers. It looks like a decent amount of opening packages and theft occurs, and there's almost always at least one illegally parked car in the no parking zone in front (often more) for long periods creating a safety hazard due to customers walking/running blindly into the parking lot from behind those cars

In my opinion I believe theres a lot of paid reviews going on here. Place has no way of knowing when its open or close. Some days it open for an hour or two but most days it closed with no notice but a hand written note saying closed for today. When open its one or two people working. Very unclean and not friendly. They will stop in the middle of checking you out to have a personal conversation with a friend or a personal cellphone call. Extremly unprofessional. Save your hard earned money and spend it somewhere they care about you.

Best Dollar Tree in Charleston. Convenient location at Ashley Landing west of the Ashley at the fork of Old Towne Rd (SC Hwy 171) and Sam Rittenberg Blvd (SC Hwy 7). This is the largest and nicest Dollar Tree in the Charleston metro area. Very clean and well organized. Great selection.

Super empty shelves and lots of things are $5! Of course nothing is $1 anymore either... but some things are actually cheaper at Target! There's no longer a benefit to going there.
