Always closed. Chick is on her cellphone looking at her customers but no word about why she never opens. Bunch of customers wanting to enter and she’s just staring like a lost chicken. Please fire her and maybe hire some educated people. Like this clearly isn’t working.

NEVER COME TO THIS FAMILLY DOLLAR! the prices are not what they are in the aisles, if you buy an item that is damaged they will be very disrespectful and will do their best NOT TO EXCHANGE a damaged item.

Its the same FAMILY DOLLAR as b4. Although seems like the prices have gone UP on a alot of things. I like the family dollar.i guess everything at ALL STORES have up in prices. This store was well stocke like it?

This Family Dollar location on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a reliable source for all of the basic items that you need for a good value. It is very easy to get in and out with exactly what you need so you can be on your way. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at keeping everything moving.

This store is always closed. Online says that it's open, but when one calls to confirm the hours, no one answers the phone. Then when people physically go to the store, its always dark and a sign on the door saying that they're closed.

Have been here twice this week both times there is a sign on the door that says: Close Sorry I guess they mean "closed" however no other explanation and very annoying and inconvenient. If it is permanently closed then they should have an appropriate sign explain to customers to visit one of their other locations. Very unprofessional!!!!

Why are you always closed? It's been going on 3 weeks and every time I come by your closed? The big pink sign on the front says closed for reinventions? ( which is spelled wrong by the way) Really? I guess I will just start going to Dollar General.

This one of the best family dollar stores. The personnel is helpful and friendly. The store is clean and they are well stocked with popular items.

This Family Dollar is just meh--I've been here a handful of times. The store is dark and very outdated. Clearance items are located on the end caps at the back of the store. Other than cleaning supplies, the shelves are well stocked. The sidewalk in the front of the store and parking lot are filthy. I've never noticed any associates on the floor.
