I have no problem with the store and employees my problem is with FedEx...was told the package would be delivered next day but it was actually delivered 4 days later....store and employees are good but for shipping packages use UPS or USPS or even DHL....don't use FedEx

I walked in there ready to self-serve print with all the confidence in the world and I quickly realized that I knew nothing. Luckily Paula was there to save the day. She patiently and joyfully walked me through the whole process. Not once, Not twice, but three times. Thanks to Paula, my restaurants got the menus they needed for service.

I was a wreck trying to print pamphlets for my grandmother's funeral. when I walked into Fed ex I was greeted warmly and the manager Jessie and staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with such an emotional task. Will only visit fed ex for my printing supplies and needs from now on. Wonderful experienced staff who were determined to help me resize/format my information. I had just had a meltdown while trying to do the same thing at Office Depot in west ashley and was not helped in the least, actually I was downright ignored by their staff for over 15 minutes.

As strange as this may sound, I have come to really enjoy shipping items - at least from this location. The entire team (and over the last year I believe I’ve encountered all of them) is very, very helpful. I went in once and was having some physical challenges that hindered me moving normally- Jesse was very quick to offer help. This action is ‘Above and Beyond’, and I’ve received this stellar treatment from several of their team. A huge thanks, folks; and keep up the great work; it’s consistently a pleasure to see you all. :)

I regularly depend on this store to produce great prints for my business. Been coming for over 3 years and am struck by how kind and professional they are every single day, despite the difficult people and problems I’ve seen them handle.Give them all raises and hire two more people so everyone can get more PTO.Thanks for being so dependable ?

I have to say I never write reviews on FedExBut I do ship boxes every weekendEvery week from a different state I fly a lot...In this location evei was my representativeI came with 20 boxes first she was super friendly she made me smileVery professional and accurateI think she's overqualified to that place cuz she has the sparked and work ethicIn many other FedEx locationI get some depressed peopleI wish FedEx head automatic doorI'm fighting with the doorsWhen I have boxes in my cart:) ?Like they do have handicap gatewayIt's going to be very hard to handicap to open those door

Paula helped me figure out best way to send something that had to be there as soon as possible. Very professional and polite. Letter arrived on time and I liked the tracking feature also.

Due to the request of my clients I am required to use this place. Every day at roughly 4 I have to come in with my own shipping labels, box everything up and put it in the shipping bin myself. I need zero interaction with the staff. And yet this is still the worst possible place to ship in this city. I hate this store. The staff don’t work, there’s always a line, they don’t stock the empty shipping boxes so I have to stand there for an hour just to ask for an empty envelope. This place is the worst and while I do use them daily, I would resend anyone with options to ship elsewhere. To whoever owns this place, if you want to email me I will happily share some tips on how to run a business.

Super Appreciate The Awesome Customer Service and Experience EVERY time we depend on quality printing. The team here works together and gets any size print ✅ in a timely manner. We typically wait 1-2 days for custom laminated prints. 2-3 days for corrugated prints. We use this store for everything we need done and done correct. Calling to confirm specifics with accurate price quotes before printing. Recommend any business to use this store if in Charleston, SC

Lisa, Evie, Daniel and the entire staff are amazing!!! I'm at this Fedex almost twice a week sometimes and they are always so kind and helpful even when I'm throwing 4 different tasks at them! Very grateful to have such a well organized, thorough, hardworking Fedex team nearby.
