Self-checkout line consistently backs up all the way to the back of the store. It's 5 pm and there are 2 lanes open, giving you really only the option of doing self-checkout. Hate coming to any teet in Charleston anymore. If you can't hire enough people to work, then invest in more checkout aisles.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was at the deli today at store 410 on Sam Rittenberg Blvd. I was served by Annie and she acted as if she was annoyed by something or someone. Her demeanor was not friendly at all. At one point I started to tell her never mind and go about my business. In my opinion she lacks professionalism and I can give her a class on how to treat customers and being professional.

This place is gone so far. Downhill over the last year, it's impossible to adequately explain. They are always out of baskets and small carts, the larger carts are always full of trash. You would be hardcrest to find a less motivated group of employees. If you're looking foreign employee you'll find them outside vaping or behind the Starbucks grabbing a snack. But don't bother trying to track one down because you know your way around the store better than they do.

My go-to grocery store for the finer things. It's clean and inviting. Parking may be difficult at times, but that's only due to its great reputation. Always clean and inviting.

This grocery store is excellent! Great selections. Food setup areas are on point for deliciousness and show. The store is always clean and employees willing to help, as well as management willing to jump in and assist.

Shout to Assistant Manager Sam if I am correct. Yesterday the lines was overall crowded, he stop in his tracks, hopped on a register. He called customers that were standing in lines the longest. His title as Manager didn't stop his love for this patrons. During Holiday its important to serve your patrons. He did Phenomenal. I spoke to him as I left. 100% Job Approved. I will come to this location again just because he cares. I reside in North Charleston but for Awesome Customers Service it is well worth the drive. kudos to Harris Teeter. Manager Sam is Phenomenal.
