Great store! Typical Harris Teeter.While I love the store, I encountered a very rude cashier named Delores. She was an old lady who looked sweet but was super rude. No greeting, no smile, and just rude in general. As an older lady, she’d be better suited to stay home and rest.

Beautiful store. No Apple Pay. Does offer something called HT APP to be able to pay mobile for payment alternatives.

Well customer service is real good if you're not working employees yeah great day service I suggest you check them out sometime and I do believe when you fix the food it's impeccable electrical and with that said you got that from your boy peace we all right in the heart of Charleston South Carolina

I have shopped at the Harris Teeter location on Savannah Hwy, in the St. Andrews Shopping Center for several years now and have stopped by this location sometimes twice a week. As it's time to check out, I am sure to look for the friendliest, sweetest, cashier, Brittnie C. She has the absolute greatest personality, definitely a "people person," with excellent customer service skills. No matter how many customers she's had or even if she's had a long day, you would never know it. If Brittnie is not available, I will go to self-check out. Harris Teeter, you have a "keeper" there. She is a great asset to your team.

The banana bread is the best banana bread I have ever had. I have enjoyed all of the Harris Teeter products I've tried but that really sticks out. The cashier was nice and gave my daughter a sticker. It's a very nice grocery store and am happy to live close to one.

We stopped in here to pick up some pizza on a busy weekend. I interacted with two employees, both of which were very nice and helpful. Joe made our pizzas. They were faster than they estimated and we were quickly on our way to check out. I used my phone number for their rewards at self-check and got $4 off my two pizzas. Score. The two pizzas were really good and we had left overs with 5 people sharing both. I would def return when we are in the area visiting family again.

A pallet of ice cream was left unattended in the middle of the aisle. Needless to say , we did not buy an Talenti Gelato. Major safety issue and ice cream was so so , it was melting.

I love Harris Teeter, but pricey then other food chains and grocery stores. Only go in for what’s on sale. Staff to busy to be friendly.

I am a frequent shopper of this store. In the last month it has been nothing but issues. First time I had to bag my own groceries while the manger stood behind customer service talking to employees. When asked where are the baggers? She laughed and said on break. Then today two check outlines open. Even four employees stated that they need to open some lines and apologized as the continued to do online shopping. Managers response is I don’t have workers. It’s a Sunday people trying to shop for the week. I frequent other Harris Teeters in the west Ashley area and this store seems to be only one with management and staffing issues. This use to be one of the best stores in West Ashley. If I could give less than one star I would. We will no longer use this store.
