We had a in-store pickup order tomorrow 11/23 would’ve been the last day to pickup. My husband went to go pickup his order today and they already sold it to someone else. I have never had this happen to me in my 28 years of living and I am a frequent online shopper. Run don’t walk away from this store location.

On Saturday February 19 2022 I went to citadel mall to pick up my pair of air jordan retro 3s size 10.5 men. Went I got there to purchase the sneakers and walked up to the counter I asked for the sneakers and showed my ID. The salesman or the supervisor told me that my pair came in from the warehouse or the company without a 10.5 instead a 10 was sent. This was real suspicious and I was like this never happened to me before and the store workers and the salesman who had went to the back to get the size 10 kept giving each other eye contact as if I don't know what's going on. I purchased the sneakers and left the store to report this complaint to Hibbett Corporate. Spoke to a representative and they told me that this isn't right so they called the store and they kept changing the story like 3 times. I was only 2 size 10.5 in the citadel mall Hibbett to be pick up and the other pair was claimed so where was the other size 10.5? I'm going to speak to the district manager about this situation because someone or some people has to be accountable for this. Leaving you with this PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU GO TO CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA CITADEL MALL HIBBETT SPORTS! I never had a sneaker raffle pick up before at any other store that didn't had my size but this store. Checkout the pics size 10 not size 10.5.

Called in to set my appointment to pick up my shoes from a raffle and a female told me that they dont do those when clearly on the app it says you guys do. Rude and disrespectful just for some jordans.

Hibbett Sports in Citadel Mall in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to shop for shoes and sportswear in the Charleston area. They have quality brands available at really good prices. I am always impressed every time I come in here and always seem to walk away with one or more purchases. The customer service here is really good and they make sure that you have everything that you need while shopping. I have had a really good shopping experience every time I visited here.
