If you want to be screamed at when walking into somewhere come here! Cannot use the bathrooms and clerk screams at customers but not the loiterers who are outside 24/7. Definitely avoid going inside

Dear Gwen Waring, Shelia Willam & Ky,Thank you for your great service today (October 2023)I cannot believe how professional and respectful you all are to your customers!This is the best customer service I’ve had in ages. You all worked like a dream team and went over and beyond to assist a problem that was actually not your fault. But you brand loyalty to CircleK was evident and your fixed an issue regarding the nozzle that was broken by air tire pump.Circle K needs to understand how blessed that are to have individuals that are such awesome employees.Thank you ?

This is usually my go-to gas station in a rush for work but I will not be returning. I came in and placed my items on the register without the closed sign then proceeded to wait several minutes until the young lady finally barked at me that they were changing shifts… after waiting a few more minutes she leaned on the register to say SORRY BOO… she’ll be done soon. I’m a grown woman I’m not anyones “boo” and there is a way to speak to CUSTOMERS. I’m not in your house. She then asked me was I even first in line….THEN to say oh and when she’s done counting Id have to move my things to the other side and she’d take me over there…no offer to help me move all 7-8 of my items or nothing…. So I left everything there. SORRY BOO, go ahead and put all that stuff back. What is it about changing shifts where two employees are laughing and joking behind a register and no one is getting rang up? Then to not have any etiquette? “MA’AM IM SORRY FOR YOUR WAIT BUT WERE CHANGING SHIFTS”?

It's extremely annoying when they're supposed to be 24 hours and they're rarely open after 10:00 or 11:00 PM hell right now it is 9:15 PM where I am and they're not open

Don't use the bathroom unless you can pee standing up! The most disgusting thing I have been in traveling in a long time.

Clean store, great customer service, lots of snacks and drinks to choose from, even hot meals. Quick, easy supper for the family if you don't have time to prepare food as a result of a late night at work.

Our flight was delayed coming in arrived at a nearby hotel at about 12:45 am. Walked to the Circle K to get snacks and drinks. The door was locked and I rang the bell several times and waited several minutes. Clearly, the person was either sleeping or doing something else. So I walked back empty-handed.

9-27-2022Sign on the road says $3.14/gallon in BOLD LETTERS. That's why I pulled in.Got to the pump and the price was $3.24/Gallon.That's called "LYING TO CUSTOMERS"

Terribley rude and disrespectful, came in to purchase items and the moment we walk in the door employees yell restrooms are closed for cleaning, then said go on!! As in to leave!! Needless to say we left without purchasing items and will no longer patronize this gas station after being treated in such a matter. We regularly stop here but will no longer.
