Went there yesterday asking for my blood to be drawn to determine my blood type and I was redirected to the "patient portal." This portal did not work at all and I was refused bloodwork to determine blood type. However, the receptionist was more than happy to do my bloodwork for my allergy testing. I kid you not, the injection has resulted in the largest hematoma known to man and this bruise is not going away soon. Not only was I turned down a small test but I am now dealing with a hematoma and collapsed vein from a simple procedure. Never going back. Needs to be shutdown.

Phlebotomist drew blood very quickly. Placed a piece of tape on it when done. After 10 minutes, I had a golf ball size knot at the injection site and then this bruising. Unbelievable.

Pros: the staff member who checks you in and draws blood was nice, she didn’t hurt or poke around (and there were many vials taken).Cons: parking is a disaster, not enough spots; the front door handle is broken and the door itself is filthy - it’s a white door, clean it! Self check-in could also use a thorough cleaning. Pitiful office with shabby drywall. Needs an overhaul as it’s not a comfortable feeling at all

The place is very dirty, run down and depressing. I was not greeted coming in, I wasn't even sure anyone was working. I used the kiosk to check-in, all was going great. Then, the receptionist. She said she did not have access to my orders... my doctor shared that Labcorp does have access to Epic (where orders are kept electronically), they just don't choose to use it. Labcorp wanted wanted me to make a 40 minute drive for a piece of paper that they can access online! Get with the times Labcorp! Y'all, go somewhere else!

Very quick service with wonderful attitude...and the best part you will never feel the needle! I drive from Mount Pleasant to get my lab work here. The best!

Had to get my 1hr glucose test done and was nervous I was going to have to wait a long time since there were many people in there. Thankfully I scheduled an appointment online a few days prior, checked in on my phone from my car and walked in to be seen within 10min of my appointment time. The technician was friendly and quick and I was happy the glucose drink was dye-free. Would definitely recommend just making an appointment in advance and checking in from your car.

I arrived for a 9:45 appointment. The previous client left 5 minutes after I got there. The person working there never came out. Eventually she said she would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later nothing! After another 10 minutes I got up and went back to the room to see how much longer it would be. She said she was by herself. She did come out and check me in and drew my blood but was not happy. When I received my results 2 of the tests from the prescription were not run!!! Total waste of time. Drove 45 minutes each way and from out of town. Also, the tests are time sensitive. Would not go there again. Not sure why management doesn’t respond. The reviews have been the same for years!!

I understand that people have bad days and jobs are stressful so I don’t think this is the lady at the front desks fault. But coming in and getting lab work is also a stresser for many people. So when you walk into an establishment and the door is filthy and beaten up with papers taped everywhere with things like “must have printed paperwork” “discontinue phone use at the window” “must check in before going to window” etc.. literally papers on papers with mis-spelling mind you.You can conclude they obviously have issues. Maybe they should change their processes if this is such a problem turning people away and business away. Anytime Lab is across the street- it’s clean and they’re very helpful and kind. Just do yourself a favor and don’t even try Labcorp. It’s dark, dank and has a very negative space.

They made this appointment quick and painless! The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was that I never got a text to come inside for the appointment when I checked in. I waited until about 15 min after my appointment time and walked in, and they took me back right away. The lab tech was very nice. Once I was inside, everything took about 2 min!

Wouldn’t accept wife’s lab order unless printed, wouldn’t allow email only allowed fax. Asked for average wait time as appointment no longer stood, she said “I really can’t answer.” After we got it printed and returned the service didn’t improve. They never asked for any ID, we had to ask how results would be acquired. Extremely rude and unhelpful front staff, inexperienced nurses, no one should go here for any reason ever.

Requested an appt online yesterday for 10:15 today. Received a text msg back confirming. It said the mobile link would be available at 9:45 am. I arrived at 9:45 and the link confirmed I was there in my car waiting. The tech immediately notified me that she was ready. Went in, got checked in with my script and insurance. Took me right away. I was out by 10. Before my 10:15 am appt. Now that is what I call efficient. The tech was professional and pleasant! This location worked for me and would recommend it.

I am so disappointed with this location. I came in for my scheduled appointment and because the internet is down, they said they couldn’t do my blood draw. I have been fasting and took a morning off from work; the fact they don’t have a back up for this is absolutely bananas. I would love to speak with management if someone sees this.
