Several good employees, not a bad location when they're available to work. As a contractor, it amazes me that they wait until 9 or 10 am (at the peak busy hours) to block off ailes for down stocking. These are tasks that could have been done at 5 or 6 am while the store is closed, but amazingly they choose to do it when contractors need lumber the most. I managed retail for years and I could easily solve this problem, but this location doesn't seem interested in efficiency or in maximizing user experience. 2 out of 5 is my rating,with a bonus star for being on JI and not up in West Ashley.

5am delivery appointment arrived at 4:38am. Finally started unloading my truck at 7:30. Forklift driver and helper still took an hour and a half to unload. Absolutely zero concern for other people’s time.

I'm a new homeowner and new to big DIY projects - this weekend I attempted painting my dates countertops to give them a facelift. I was unsure of where to even begin and Steve from the paint department was incredibly helpful! He was kind and took a genuine interest in the project and help me decide what the best plan was. Excellent customer service! Thank you Steve!!

Their Pro Service desk is the worst I ever had to deal with. Nobody is ever there, and when they are, they will pick up the phone and hang up on you. People actually work here and think this kind of customer service is acceptable.

Ordered the same color of paint in different sheens and somehow got two different colors instead. When I saw the room painted by our contractor it was clear that the colors were wrong. After 2 hours at the store trying to prove that they made an error with colors, I got a replacement of 2 gallons of paint that I needed and all of $70 refund ?. Except I still need to pay the contractor $500 to repaint the room.Since it was not my error I expected a store credit or something beyond one gallon of paint refunded. Alas no. In addition was told that I was the one who made a mistake by the CS lady and was treated like I was some kind of a con artist trying to scam them out of paint. Super disappointing as we spent so much money during our Renovations at Lowe's so far. Definitely taking my business to a Sherwin Williams store next door for paint and home depot, just as a principal.

I visited this Lowe's last Sunday, and I must say that I received the best customer service from a gentleman named Richard in the electrical department. He was very patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my experience, especially during a busy season.

Good experience. Only draw back was that I went to purchase a water heater advertised that morning on their website. When I arrived at the store they had none in Stock. Felt a little baitie switchie. The people their were nice and helpful and the lowes pro account gave me a good discount. All in all good store to shop for your home improvement needs.

Waited over 3 months to get granite installed. 2 months with no kitchen. Adam referred me to a contractor to level out the bar top prior to measuring for granite for my kitchen. Then I had to pay 3 contractors to fix the poor work that was done. Keith helped me fix the job that Adam wrongly measured and included proper measurements and backsplash because the first measurement was inaccurate and overestimated. Lowe’s then sent someone to measure for the granite and on the day of installation cut my wall and stuck it in the wall without my consent because the way measured the dimensions of the material wrong. The granite is not leveled and wobbly. Was patched up with little pieces of wood that are not stable, I had everything prepared the way it needed to and now it was poorly installed. A third grader can measure more accurately than this. This was honestly the biggest nightmare and disaster to go through. The granite is not level and improperly installed and did not follow the measurements or meet my expectations. When going to the store they have not resolved anything as of now and was told I will not be refunded because the work was installed. They completely butchered my kitchen and bathroom and I now have unsupported and wrongly measured granite installed with damage on my wall and damage to the paint. I am left today with no sink and my home is not livable with no running water or faucets. Save your money time and stress and go through another company.
