He messed up my daughters iPhone & iPad on the iPad the screen wasn’t put in correctly so when my daughter pressed down on the home button it got stuck inside so I took it back hoping that he would just fix his mistake he advised me that I needed another home button and that I would have to pay him 100 dollars so I ended up going to someone else to fix his mistake and they charged me 20 and now it works perfectly fine. On the iPhone it looks like the screen he put on was to big but I wasn’t too worried about that just as long as he could’ve just did right by me and fix that home button seeing as though my daughter likes to play Roblox and games like that but the man was so unprofessional and rude and refused to do it without an additional payment of 100 dollars … I will never go back to this place again it was a waste of 246$ I would advise you to go somewhere where the people have morals and are gonna treat you with respect and honor there words when they say if anything is wrong we will try our best to make it right because he never did. I didn’t post a pic of iPad because it’s already fixed.

I walked into Masterfix with a broken screen and bent phone frame and 4 days after getting it fixed the screen stopped working. I brought it back under warranty and after delivery services failed to deliver the new screen on time Abraham had someone bring a new one from Columbia all the way to Charleston Just to deliver the phone to me on time. Great customer service I will be coming back in the future

I brought my cracked phone screen to them and they told me it would be $350 but if I used cash $275 first red flag! They fixed It in 15 minutes and not even 12 hours later I took the phone out of my pocket and the screen was pitch black , no drops or anything! It wasn’t even completely blacked out when I took it to them originally. I returned a few hours later to have them fix the problem and they said it was my fault and not their problem and that I had to pay another $200. They are very rude and disrespectful! His partner also stated that I “probably couldn’t afford it” . 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This store is a rip off. I DON'T recommend anyone to do business with this place. They charged me $90 to change the button on my phone and instead they put a digital button on the screen. Then when I came back to get it they tell me they didn't have the part. The owner is VERY RUDE AND NASTY ATTITUDE. I will be contacting the BBB IN REFERENCE TO RHIS MATTER. He takes your money and doesn't do what you pay him for. He never refunded me or replaced the button.

Please don't ever em waste your time in this establishment. Came in September to get my screen repaired. Shortly after I got the back replaced. They knew they didn't have the part to remove the back however proceeded to do so anyway. Instead of 30 minutes it took 3 hours and they didn't even complete the service. Came back the next day and again 30 minutes turned into hours. After they finally fixed my phone the screen is literally lifting from my phone and I have to keep snapping it back together, it's not even fitting in the phone anymore it's lifted. The entire back glass is coming apart. I didn't drop my phone. The owner argued me down about it being my fault and was so rude in the text messages when I contacted him again about the issue however it was not my fault they just don't know what they are doing and are taking peoples money, they have poor customer service and i wasted almost $400 on my phone for it to be in an even worse condition than it was when I brought it in. And in addition to that I have to buy an entire new phone now thanks to these people. If I were you I'd take my phone to IDoctor or even a person who just fixes phones on the side because I've never experienced results like this until I came here. If I could give them 0 stars out of 100 I would. NOT recommended. Very unsatisfactory. Don't waste your time you will be disappointed.

Eva was very friendly and helpful and professional I am very pleased with my repair I would give 10 stars if it was possible the customer service was the best for sure if you need repairs on your cell phone please check them out you won’t be disappointed and conveniently located in Citadel Mall

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to this place Twice to get my phone fixed. The 1st time wasn’t as bad as the 2nd thou. The 2nd time my phone started dysfunctioning REALLY BAD! She told me she took my Face ID sensor out. I realize that my phone also go dead way quicker than usual. I think they take out parts that they need and leave u with a raggedy phone.
