The assistant manager Donna is the most rudest and disrespectful person in that store. The level of customer care she gives is by far the worst ever. She doesn't know how to muti-task. If she is on the cash register don't asked her a question because she's to dumb to do two things at one time. None of the employees wear face mask, not even the Manager.

Maxway on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a reliable discount store that has many basic items available for a good value. The location is very convenient when you are in the area and need something fast. The store is well organized and the staff is very accommodating if you need anything. I have had a good experience every time I have shopped here.

Pretty decent store with great priced items. I've found nice women's clothing pieces and some accessories here and there. There is alot of panhandling that goes on outside the store but I just ignore it.

Needs a security guard, too many panhandlers outside, not enough registers open, more employees needs, hard to get around inside when disabled.
