The employee at that store has the worst attitude, it's like they hate working there, I came for information about the iPhone 15, and she told me very reluctantly that I'm going to have to wait a long time because there are people before me, and I said; What would I expect, and she made gestures with her face... how horrible it is to be a metro customer, they have the worst customer service according to my experience.

I have come to this establishment on a few occasions. Usually it's ok. A little busy; people with complex problems, understandable. However I happen to get this one employee Ronan all the time and he is the worst! He is never helpful and always pushing the blame on you. Unwilling or most likely unable to help. It seems that he never knows what he's talking about. He had to get his coworker to help him through some items andwas even rude to her. Tries to upsell you. He is not very dynamic about problem solving and is just absolutely trash. I've tried to complain to the manager and nothing ever seems to get done. He's the same as when we first met, rude and obnoxious.

I came into the store as an existing customer and didn't need immediate help. I was interested in the iPhone selection and took a seat to do some model comparisons on my personal phone as the listed details within the displays are lacking in specifics. I was approached by an associate and I indicated I wasn't ready and that I was doing my homework on phones. Within 5 minutes another associate named Ronan or Rohan assertedly asked the same I reiterated I was still doing my homework on phones. In a nutshell he accused me of loitering and would have to ask me to leave...WOW... If the associates had customers ahead of me would I still be loitering? Unbelievable. His righteous indignation has made me uncomfortable and embarrassed to a point. Does he treat people with that demeanor on a regular basis? This has made me question staying a customer

Charged me double and did didn't have a active phone and refused to refund my money will diffinently be changing phone carrier.

Got a new phone from here today after my screen shattered on my last one. Amber helped me to choose a new one, for which I am very grateful. She was very kind and patient, and answered all my questions. Very good customer service, and I love my new phone! :)

The problem is that they have a schedule that is not suitable for those of us who work and on Google maps it appears that at 8 o'clock they close and at 7 with 2 it was already closed and with people inside they are not useful for solving an emergency problem they open late they close early

Great customer service, decent quality phone selection with a few different affordable phone plans. I believe the lowest is $30/month. I Lost my phone twice this week so flat broke I tried opening a new account and keeping it as cheap as possible and the total cost for a decent 5g moto Smartphone, a waterproof case, screen protector, and a month of unlimited call/text came out to $112. So if You're in need of a phone it doesn't get much cheaper then that.Ps. I was at the sam rittenberg Metro on 7-19-22 around 1pm. I had the best customer service in a while. I apologize cuz I forgot to leave a review and forgot the workers name so maybe the bosses can dig into the schedule so she gets the praise and raise she most likely deserves. Conversing with ppl all day at work can be very stressful/exhausting. Now add some random hot heads to complete the nervous breakdowns. She was great always smiling and actually seemed interested in a real conversation and not a corporate robot. Wow no one is going to read all this random ramblings . Oh well no proof read for me byeeeeee

I would like to share the POSITIVE END RESULT I EXPERIENCED AT THIS LOCATION with the new GENERAL MANAGER JASHAE, her co-worker Shantae and C.J. ( district mgr.), that assisted JASHAE in resolving my issues and more! I purchased a new XS MAX iphone at this location. I had some issues at time of purchase as well as return visits. Some were not able to be resolved due to lack of inventory. I was promised if I returned they would be addressed. Each time presented the same issues. On my 4th return visit, I found that the entire staff that I had dealt with was gone and the warranty period was up. After JASHAE informed me it was out of warranty, she listened and heard my dissatisfaction and consulted with C.J.. IF I WERE NOT SEMI-RETIRED, I WOULD CERTAINLY CHOOSE JASHAE AS MY PERSONAL ASSISTANT! She handled the business matter exactly as it should have been addressed. I appreciate the 3 of them working together.
