fun place, poor customer service compared to other micheal's. very rude employees while trying to do an online pickup, sent us to the wrong places in the store and on a wild goose chase. not all bad employees but one specifically one was very very rude

Waited over an hour for the frame person to show. Just a no show. I'm so tired of the excuses of not being able to get workers. Then close. That's the only viable option.Tried again 3 days later. Worker was curt, rude and then comes up with a ridiculous price for a couple of pieces of glass. I'm done with Michaels.

Obviously severely understaffed.. long wait at checkout ( 30+ minutes) however the cashiers (2) were friendly and doing the best they could.

I ordered online and was able to pick up my order curbside in a couple of hours. The price was great and it was super fast. I was very pleased.

They charge $0.35 for a bag. Even Oregon only charges 5 cents for a bag. Crazy. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

The framers at this Michaels are top-notch!! I've gone twice to get some of my cross stitch pieces framed, and each time their work has been amazing!! They're always attentive and patient. Couldn't ask for more

The Michaels framing department in the Charleston area is the absolute worst framing experience I have ever had. On top of the many issues I've had with the North Charleston framing department, I decided to try this Micheals down in Charleston hoping for a different outcome. So to start, I went to the framing department, a gentleman asked if I was there to pick up. I said no, I just need custom mats cut. He said ok, and went and got another employee to help me. When she came out, she asked what she could do to help me and I said, I just need some custom mats cut. We then spent about 10 minutes going through what colors and sizes I needed, until we finally got to the price. The price was way more than I was expecting. When I said that it was more than I was expecting, the lady responded with "did you want that assembled or do you plan on doing it yourself?" To which I repeated, "no ma'am, I just need custom mats cut like I said." To which she responded with "you never said that, don't get an attitude with me." At that point I packed up my belongings and will happily take my business elsewhere.

Spent a lot of money only to find out they don't have bags anymore. You have to bring your own or buy theirs. I think if this has to happen, it should be after the holidays.

I have just been taken advantage of I spent a $125 on my debit card and they say it went through but the card is not activated period I asked them to get the manager and she said well it should activate in a few days you could go ahead and mail it to my daughter. I explained that I was uncomfortable with this and I nasked that they please take it back daughter for your birthday period I explained that I wasn't comfortable with this and they insisted they would not take this gift card back
