O’Reilly helped me out with a new battery, same day. After I got my car jump-started, I drove to O’Reilly around lunchtime. They had my new battery installed within about 30-40 mins and the car was good to go! Def recommend this place to others!

Great service. Very helpful.
The parts I needed were actually in stock!
The part I bought (brake Rotors) didn’t fit my SUV, and they exchanged it and made sure the new part was an exact match before letting me leave the store so I didn’t have to make another trip.
It was my fault it didn’t fit because I mistakenly gave the wrong info about my car. I needed heavy duty rotors not standard, apparently.
The guys were helping multiple customers at once (not 1 at a time while other employees are chatting with each other in the back, like I always see at AutoZone…).
Pricing was great. Service was great. People friendly and intelligent.
Keep up the good work Management. Pay your people well! They deserve it, and they CAN go somewhere else to work… and we the Customers have multiple options as well.
I will be back!

Service with a smile ,liked to thank Kevin for putting my mind at ease after checking my battery and alternator. I had to jump it off four times in two weeks.The reading was good for both .We agreed the cold may have played a part and I'm thinking my extensive charging of my phone.I didn't charge my phone and I had no problems

We were in Charleston for the day and our car battery died. This O'Reilly store was nearby so I walked to it for help. Richard, the Service Rep working that day, could not have been nicer! He took the time and effort to help us, truly a good Samaritan. I really appreciated his help, well done Richard!
