Took my dog to get groomed and at first I thought everything was fine but he kept shaking his head and I didn't think much of it. I then looked at his ears and saw that they had been cut by the razors. I called the store and spoke with the groomer on duty but she was new and passed me off to the manager who was not helpful at all. He told me there was nothing they could do since it had been a few days and that I should just take him to the vet. I then had to go spend another $130 on my dogs vet visit due to their lack of care and was not offered any sort of reimbursement or help. I get things happen but when you're spending a lot to have your dog groomed it is not ideal to then go and have to spend more because it was not done properly. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their custom service and will not be returning.

Did a great job with my dog, she had a bath and her nails cut. The people working there was friendly.

This company’s online ordering is a joke. Don’t even waste your time ordering anything even if it’s available and says that because the order will just get cancelled with no reason given. Do better. I’d rather walk on legos than come back in and spend another dollar in here

Unfriendly to dog. Did not do a very good job. Did not inform us when dog was finished. Dog was stressed out when we picked him up. Don't recommend.

There is a reason for all of the bad reviews on this store. My review is for grooming. These people do not care about your dog or you or anything else, really. They hate being there and want to get it done as fast as possible without thought or quality or care. This is the assembly line of grooming and as soon as I entered the store and felt the walking dead vibe in there, I should have run away. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but my first opinion was correct. It was a hatchet job. First time, shame on them, second time....there most certainly won't be one. I was on a short time frame so went with Petco against my better judgment and it cost a fortune and my dog looked sad and so was I. Go to a real groomer - not the big box store type which will give you the nightmare I just outlined. Even if it is a bit of a wait, go to the small, individual groomers who actually care about dogs and you and take pride in their work. There is a wait for a reason.

You cannot book nail trims online, it says walk in, they will take you anytime the salon is open. Today was the 2nd time we walked in and we’re turned away. Not a great system.

The employee with long hair is extremely unfriendly and has a bad ego. Even hanging up and muting people. I was a regular customer until this employee was hired and decided to get upset with me for reasons I’m unaware of. I had an early drop off and the doors were locked. I started knocking and she threw her finger up for me to wait. Then ignored me sitting at the computer. I was late for work because of her actions. After calling to make another appointment, she hung up on me when I mentioned my dogs name and picked up and muted me the next call. What an odd experience. I will say the other staff was friendly and did a great job on one of my dogs. The other, not so well and they even explained she wasn’t dried all the way and will shed. (Paid extra for the de-shed). It was if they didn’t even try to de shed her with the extra fees. I called next to have my other dog groomed and brought up how I was unhappy with the results of the last grooming and the manager told me twice it’s been over a week. So no, they wouldn’t do anything to do a de-shed without the extra fee. After saying okay, I’ll cancel my two dogs grooming appointments then, she said “good luck” and hung up.

Excellent service. Orlando went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about dog food. p.s. cashier at front also provided excellent customer service.
