Deli.. take care of the customers in front of you before work on call-in/online orders! So sick of this. If you can’t handle online orders and serve the customers actually standing in front of you then stop taking online orders or hire people.

Teach the kids load the groceries into the bags not to put the turkey tenderloin with the fresh salad, the fruit, the garlic, and the avocado please. Certainly you charge enough to train people correctly. Thank you. Have a good night.

Wonderful customer service! Marie was extremely helpful and kind and made sure we had our favorite ice cream ready when we arrived after calling in to see if it was in stock. They went above and beyond and we'll definitely be back!

The only complaint is the salad bar is usually pretty sad looking in the evenings. There's never any ranch. I usually ask them and they give me a little cup from the back kitchen. Employees are super friendly and yes things are priced higher than Walmart groceries, its Publix.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. You never see people standing around, everyone is busy making things better. All of the shelves are well stocked with front-facing items.

Always love going to Publix, a little higher on there prices then Kroger but they have some deals. I enjoy there deli the most.

Couldn't find a few things on my list but asked a couple different clerks and they were very helpful. Not my normal Publix but stopped coming back to Mt.Pleasant .

Always very clean. Displays are very well kept. It is a Publix so prices are higher than other grocery stores. It would be a 4 star if it wasn't for the ladies who work the sub counter. All other staff always seem upbeat and ready to help but these ladies always seem negative, bothered by your presence and that they just don't want to work thier.

I have visited this Publix location twice prior to hurricane Ian coming into Charleston. The store was packed with shoppers, but every staff member was working so hard to check people out efficiently and make sure everyone had what they needed. They kept the shelves fully stocked, kept the carts out of the parking lot and kept their spirits high. I’m thankful for this Publix team!

Every time I shop here I have nothing less than a great and helpful experience. Bryce in the deli department has given me and my family a warm welcome experience that goes a long way. Especially since me and my family just moved here.

Quite possibly the slowest service I've ever seen. 25 minutes to make a sub with no to go tickets. Zero sense of urgency. It's like they move in reverse. I've never seen such slowness in the food industry. I don't blame the workers, they are pleasant, but y'all have like 20 managers circling around like buzzards; how do you NOT see this? Inexcusable.
