I’ve been coming to you guys for years if I can give this company a zero I would. I would never refer anyone to this company no wonder they cant never keep a full staff. Rent-A-Center on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place to go for all things furniture, electronics, appliances and much more. I really like the selection and being able to get everything that you need here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

I honestly don’t know where to start but, first I’ve been going through this place for years. And not once have I felt so disappointed. I had one of the employees threaten me?! What kind of costumer service is even that?this whole disruption is going to make me go somewhere else after my stuff is paid off! It’s sad because I’ve been with them for years. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!

5 stars all the way!Super impressed with Mikel and Joe!The entire transaction took under an hour and we even had a few laughs along the way.They saved my Thanksgiving by being able to have a fridge delivered to me in under 24 hours after placing my order! The price was reasonable, and the entire team way beyond enjoyable to work with. Cannot say enough nice things about them!

If there was a possibility for a zero stars I would give them that. Rent a center is no doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. No straight answer when either delivery or pickup. They overcharged my automatic payment, how is that even possible when it should be on auto deduction? And when calling to get an answer why, no one could give an answer. The management staff is very rude. What a terrible company. They damaged our walls delivering our product no resolve on that.
